When researching various property management companies, Good Life's approach was the most straightforward and transparent with no long term commitments. After speaking with them multiple times with various questions, I was left with a feeling of assurance that I was in good hands. Being a first time landlord, I have no experience in knowing how to screen tenants, knowing the rules, etc., especially when my background is not in the real estate and rental business. Having a busy work schedule also means that I won't likely be able to attend to the tenant's needs in a timely manner. This is where Good Life fills in the gaps for me. The team at Good Life during the onboarding process has been super helpful and efficient in getting the property ready, whereas it would've taken me ages in trying to do it myself. I was assigned Andrei as my property manager and it's been a great start. He has been open, transparent, professional, and great to work with since the start. I recently had an online shopping shipment mis-delivered to my rental property, to which Andrei was instrumental in helping to coordinate the handoff between the tenant and me. Even though Andrei is my primary contact, I can see that they have great teamwork. On one weekend, I had a question to which I received an out-of-office note from him. But rest assured, another team member stepped in that day during his time off to help with my question. Good Life also has a great online portal for me to see all the documents and tax information. Their services have impressed me since the beginning, and I look forward to a great relationship moving forward. Keep up the great work, Good Life! I highly recommend them!

From the day I moved in until the day I moved out, the team was professional, honest, and easy to work with. The property was well maintained, and whenever something needed attention, it was handled quickly without a lot of back-and-forth. A special thanks goes to Zach. He was consistently responsive, approachable, and genuinely helpful. Whether I had a maintenance question or needed clarification about something related to the property, he always got back to me promptly and made sure everything was taken care of. It's clear he takes pride in providing great service. Finding a management company that communicates well and follows through is harder than it should be, but Crown Management did exactly that throughout my entire tenancy. I would absolutely rent from them again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a place in Pacific Beach.

Located right off Nobel Drive in the UTC / La Jolla area, The Aventine Office Building consists of an eleven-story office tower, an adjacent six-story office building, and a three-level underground parking garage. I am currently a patient in a clinical research study there & I have to admit it is a nice building. I am not crazy about the parking garage that is confusing and hard to get your parking ticket validated for. There is very little public parking on the streets outside the Aventine Office Building. You take the parking garage elevator up to the Lobby and then have to switch to another elevator to get to the upper office buildings. Your first time there will have you thoroughly perplexed. A few parking spaces are reserved in the very front street level entrance to the building but most days they are quickly filled up. (Deducted 1 YELP STAR for problematic parking.) The Aventine Office Building is right next to the Hyatt Regency Hotel and Sporting Club at Aventine. It is certified LEED Existing Building Platinum and has an Energy Star rating of 100. So environmentally, this place is top notch. The views from most of the offices are awesome--even the ones that overlook the buzzing traffic of nearby Interstate 5, I have no doubt that the rents paid by tenants at this very fancy office building are through the roof. There are a variety of businesses here but most do seem to be high tech medical offices. Most of the office doors have lock contraptions on them that require a special code to unlock. There is also a lobby attendant on the ground floor who keeps an eye on things in the building. It does seem to be very secure and safe to be a tenant, client, visitor or deliveryman at the Aventine Office Building.

The dinner possibilities are endless by starting at Trulucks for drinks, then off to Flemings for dinner, and The Melting Pot for dessert. Or Flemings for drinks, Japengo's for dinner, etc, etc... There is plenty of street parking available, but due to the number of apartments in the area, finding an open space may require a bit of patience and a nice little walk. Instead, hit up the reasonably priced valet and enter just steps away from your favorite restaurant. Getting to the Aventine can be a bit tricky if you are not familiar with the area. Coming from most directions in San Diego, it is easiest to exit from the 5 and make your way straight onto University versus winding through the La Jolla business district. This is certainly one of my favorite date and celebration spots in San Diego. Come hungry. Leave happy.

This company was hard to communicate on a good day and once things went sideways they were a nightmare to deal with. The "handyman" they used to perform repairs on my house was so bad once I terminated my service with San Diego Premier Property Management, I had to get a home inspection to determine everything that was wrong. From doing a lousy paint job, to using air piping on the garage water lines causing corrosion very quickly, to using PVC piping not rated for high pressure on the outlet of my pool pump there isn't much positive to say. I will say SDPPM is loyal to their handyman though, and stood behind him once I found out and showed them the facts. The most egregious issue was the replacing the water heater not to code, then after my home inspection I instructed them not to go back to the property to fix it, since I wouldn't know if the fix was correct or not and didn't want to have to get a 2nd inspection. SDPPM let the handyman back on site to "fix" what he did wrong anyways, only to not do it correctly a 2nd time. All of this was only discovered once I found the cell number of my tenants and reached out to them regarding some inconsistencies SDPPM was telling me, and then the whole thing started to come undone. All in all, there are lots of property management companies, and if you want to avoid a headache. Do not use San Diego Premier Property Management, and avoid Salvatore. Although this was quite a while ago that this affected me, based off the other reviews it seems like they are still doing the same thing.

There…read moreare a multitude of issues I had with this company mostly there unprofessional handling of the sale of my business, and their discussions with me along the way. They were very aggressive with me and dealing with them. They also were acting agent for my landlord as well as the buyer .So I had a three way triple agent which I believe cost me lost time and money in this transaction as they were acting on behalf of their own interests and not mine. I was not formally notified by my agent that the buyer would be represented by them officially. it just kinda trickled down after the fact . Also they were trying to rent my landlords next door space along with mine for a bigger payoff which did not happen which cost me more money in waiting all the while them telling me they were only working specifically on my sale . They also while representing the buyer made statements while on a group texts that they didn't trust the buyer ,and that they believed they were lying to broker on information. the buyer and I have both have these discussions . Needless to say the Buyer was not happy being trashed ! After that incident the Broker called me, and got into an argument with me, and forbid me to talk to the buyer which was hard to do in this case. Now I would have to contact buyer on occasion for information related to tranfer. When I contacted brokers for information they would not contact me back ,and I needed answers to questions . This transaction still has not closed ,and when I reach out to them for answers I get crickets. with the 12% commission they are getting they should be professional, and handle this deal to the end ,and be in contact with me ,but they have not reached out at all ,and there are a lot of unanswered questions. I would definitely not recommend this brokerage firm to anyone ! I believe there are far better ones out there with far more integrity ,and professional ways of handling clients !

I sold my bar after my husband's unexpected death and Mike seemed unable to show any empathy toward my life situation. His lack of communication was unsettling and his attitude toward me was often dismissive. He failed in his responsibilities as "expert in the business" on many levels and he did not protect my interests (and assets) as I expected. Mike did not prepare me for evaluation of inventory: the buyer and I, therefore, came into this interaction with differing expectation, which created an uncomfortable situation in an already stressful interaction. Location Matters made a lot of money on my sale, and the only time I had direct contact with Mike was during our initial meeting. He was not present for a walk through of the business after an offer had been accepted, nor was he present for the exchange of keys when we transferred ownership. I would highly discourage a seller to use Location Matter so that they might actually have the chance of getting some personalized, professional service from another broker. I will never recommend Location Matters and I imagine that if Mike continues to run his business as I have experienced, it will universally be looked upon negatively by others in the future.
