We were heading south for a holiday weekend and had a blow out; our tow driver was as promptly there to rescue us off the side of the highway. He was a pro at getting the trailer on the truck and getting us to a Walmart promptly. At the end it was also extremely affordable. Our guardian angels are working endlessly to protect us! Driving to Louisville KY this past weekend with my 81 yo mom the AC in my car started blowing hot air. After about 10 minutes I had to find air conditioning or a repair shop in Seymour Indiana quick before mom passed out. It would've taken a few more minutes to get to the repair shop so I saw some police cars and semi trucks and thought whatever this is has AC so I pulled in and got her inside and OMG it was better than an ER!! The lady could not have been quicker to set my mom down in the chair, took off her sandals got her some wet paper towels and put them on her neck, feet, underarms, got her water and some peanut butter crackers all while the towing guys tried to see what was wrong with my AC! She even sent us with extra bottled water and wouldn't take a dime!! They all could not have been more hospitable or helpful at Coomer's Towing and Recovery!! The guys figured out what was wrong with my AC but just didn't have the parts to fix it. I am so grateful we happened upon this place in this situation! Thank you!! read more

I was served today by Joe on the team who was a pleasure to work with. Despite my early morning tire blowout, he was readily available when I called for the service. He hopped to it and found me sitting at a Speedway Gas Station to tow me to a tire repair shop. Due to the old make and model of my vehicle, there was not an available tire at the first establishment so he went out of his way to make a few calls and drove me to another nearby tire shop that had one available. He was very kind and great to work with to help me understand what steps we needed to take to help me be on my way back on the road in no time. Would highly recommend Hamptons. They were quick, they have their own garage, were quick to work on the vehicle, and their rates were reasonable. Everyone there was very accommodating, from the towing staff, the shop staff, to the office staff. They made sure we were safe and warm even though it was after hours. All I can say is: These Guys are Awesome!! We were on vacation in Tennessee visiting family and broke down on the freeway on our way back to Michigan. Chris, was the driver who picked us up, besides getting to us very quickly he was extremely friendly, he was very helpful in hotel recommendations and getting us there. We had our car repaired by Slinky and although everything didn't go completely as planned they stood behind there work and made sure everything was right before we headed back home. They towed my car over, worked with me to source the best price on parts, then even drove me to my hotel for the night! Then they picked me up in the morning! That's above and beyond service. I had a tire blow on I-65 just out of Seymour. They arrived fast and got my off that section that is currently under construction and is more or less a death trap if your out there with a flat. These guy's get a big thumbs up. I broke down at mile marker 60.5 65 south. Lucky I had my iPhone and was able to look these guys up. They were on the spot within 30 minutes after calling and service was very efficient and professional. They towed me and car 52 miles and price was very reasonable. So the only positive thing I can say about Hamptons is that they did arrive on the scene quickly. It cost $300 to tow a car 3 miles. My 17 year old daughter hit an ice patch and skidded into a concrete barrier. Not severe damage but not driveable. Hamptons was called. This was Saturday night. When we went to get the car Monday morning since they are not opened on Sunday. There is a storage fee on top of the outrageous towing fee. Of course the fact that they weren't open for us to get the car on Sunday doesn't matter to their fees. The other company in town towed a car for us about a year ago over 50 miles and only charged us $100. I would call anyone before them. read more

My son broke down on I-65 on his way home from college and they not only towed the vehicle to their premises but also took him to get a meal while he waited on me to come and get him. Since the motor was shot they also found someone willing to take the vehicle for scrap while I was on my way there. I definitely will not hesitate to recommend these guys for any future towing needs. read more
