Most of the rules in this book are to protect Walmart from the incompetence of their employees, and not to hold them accountable. Considering the quality of technicians they employ, the poor training they receive, the idiot protection policy book, it is clear Walmart does not understand the automotive business or respect technicians, service advisors, or shop managers. Notice Walmart You could have real technicians by cutting spending for bad ideas. Ex. You wouldn't need an idiot proof Midtronics machine, if you had someone on each shop that is not an idiot. You only need to protect your self from idiots if you surround yourself with idiots.
