Price was very competitive, which was better than most quotes that I got. Quote didn't include any plywood, but he threw in 2 plywood for free (only had to replace 6 plywood total, so paid for 4). We got our roof done during busy rainy season, so picking a date was a challenge. The project itself went well. On the first day of the tear down, I was surprised how fast and efficient the team worked.
