Today, 28FEB2025, I visited heaven for about 2.5 hours! Cleide, as always, rocked my world with a sea salt scrub exfoliation and some foot reflexology. I truly feel like a million bucks and my skin has a nice glow to it. But then it got even better! For the first time a new apprentice came in and gave me a facial. I never had a facial before to compare but I truly can't imagine it feeling any better anywhere else. $110 with the tip. I don't know who trained this person in reflexology, but you got scammed!!! This was some back alley session. Refexology is about pressure points!!!!!! It does not start with a head rub, calf rub, nor does it end with a pumice stone on your feet. It was the WORST!!!!! Nothing made sense. Nothing was relaxing. What a total rip off!!! I seriously could not wait for it to me over!!!! So awkward!!!! Cooper Spa is supposed to be some high end, hoowdy toowdy salon. My advice is, save your money!!! read more

This gem is tucked away in Lebanon County between 422 East and West near the Good Sam hospital. When you book an appointment here I highly doubt you will be disappointed after the services. I first met the owner of this Spa, Cliede through a Groupon for a Brazilian wax back in 2015 at another location she owned in Lancaster (closed now) Her skills, professionalism and genuine kindness made me want to return for other services. So I did, for massages and body wraps. Her other staff were superb and hospitable just like her. I referred several people to that location. Then I learned she owned a respectable Spa in Lebanon Pa and I eagerly set up an appointment. After booking massages, facials, waxing and body wraps here over the past two years I must say I am hooked. Expect a clean environment, friendly staff, knowledgeable technicians and a warm spirit. I highly recommend treating yourself and others to Cooper Spa for special occasions and maintenance de-stressing therapies and upkeep. From several massage forms to waxing and facials I'd call and book anything you feel your mind and body need and let the staff at Cooper Spa take good care of you. The wax technician was super friendly to my friend and i who came in for our first brazilian waxes over the summer. She made sure we were comfortable and talked to us the whole time which made the experience a lot better. Our waxes were done really well, my friend and i were both extremely pleased. This was my first time at this spa. My bf and I went in for a couple's massage. It's located on the first floor of one of the big old houses in Lebanon. Great location, very charming atmosphere. The masseuses who met with us when we arrived were very pleasant and welcoming but they seemed a bit new to the spa experience. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived and even after they walked us to it, there were small details that they had to do while we were waiting to get undressed because they'd forgotten them. No biggie, I guess. Just something I noticed. The massage was great! I had Jared and he did a wonderful job. He spent a lot of time on my feet and back, definitely two of my favorite areas to have rubbed. I was a bit uncomfortable at times because the room was a little chilly and there were moments where he had both my hands and feet exposed, but overall, it was wonderful. My bf said his massage was great, too. One thing that I feel I must mention is that our massages didn't end at the same time. Jared finished up before the other masseuse and I was left laying there feeling awkward for a few minutes while my bf was still getting worked on. That felt really weird. The cost was reasonable (although they included a 20% tip which I don't feel is right at all), the products smelled great, the service was very good. I would definitely go back. read more

The owner talked me into the Brazilian massage bc it is supposed to be the deepest type of massage and according to her they are the only spa in the U.S. that can perform it. I agreed and it was the WORST massage I have ever had. I called back and they told me to come back in and they would give me another massage, which made me happy bc it let me know that they care about their customer service. When I arrived the owner refused to give me the massage that I was promised and told me she would do NOTHING for me, not even refund me. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, BUYER BEWARE. I happened to be visiting the area the very day this spa offered a groupon so i decided to take advantage of this opportunity. The staff is wonderful and knowledgable. I was looking for three facial appointments to start and end at the same time. The owner assured me that would happen. Little did we know that there was only one aesthetician (who happened to be the owner) on duty. She did a round robin and our 1 hour facial turned into a 2 hour nap. Unfortunately, the nap was uncomfortable because the table did not have padding. When we received our check, we found that prices did not match the advertised price on the website. The owner did not offer to change the price that was advertised on the website. Along with this, a 20% gratuity had been added without prior notice. read more

Was in town visiting family for LDW and my mom suggested I go get a massage to relieve some stress and stomach issues I was experiencing. From the moment I walked in I was warmly greeted by the receptionist who helped me get ready for my massage. Cledie, the owner, gave me the best massage I have ever had. She hit every stressor point and gave me a belly massage and wrap to release some toxins in my abdominal region. She was incredibly knowledgable of the body and gave me some tips on how to relieve my abdominal pain during stress. OMG!!! If I didn't have a Groupon to this place I would GLADLY pay for their services. I got an aro, a therapy wrap and massage. The girl was incredible! I told her about my back pain and she was incredibly sensitive about it, she saw a bruise on my leg and was careful to not cause me any oain. They are absolutely amazing. My wife won two gift certificate at an even to benefit a child with cancer. She set up an appointment from the brochure inside. AFTER her prenatal massage and facial she tried to use both of her gift certificates (since there was an expiration date on the gift card and we live in Lancaster). Why a gift certificate has an expiration date within three months is crazy but anyway... My wife did two procedures that would be covered by the gift certificates. When she gave Jody (the woman at the front desk) the gift certificates she said that only one of the gift certificates can be used at one time (which it doesn't say on the brochure) and they only accept cash (which is also not on the brochure). Jody was extremely rude to my wife and she asked to speak with the owner. The owner called and said that Jody "is like that and rough". WHY IN THE WORLD would you have someone like that at your front desk?!? She also advised that only one gift certificate can be used because she "has to pay her girls since its a 'small business'". I get that you have bills to pay... but if you have those rules... put them in your brochure and hire nice people to greet people at your front desk. Cash business? Do we live in 1990? I'm sure all the revenue is being reported to the IRS... If I lived in Lebanon... I'd pay the extra money to make my wife feel treated properly in Hershey, Lancaster or Harrisburg rather than go back to Cooper Spa. Not really sure about Karen N.'s (if that is her real name) review. If you fall asleep for two hours at the spa you are probably quite relaxed which is a good thing. Also, she should have set an alarm if she had an obligation later that day. Her responsibility... As for the table, it is industry standard and she should know to bring added cushion if she has a sensitive back. Typical for her tribe members to complain about 20% gratuity as well. Sounds like she could use a few more hours at the spa to LOOSEN UP. read more

This is a really wonderful spa and I always leave feeling 100% rejuvenated. The products they use smell wonderful, the decor is cheerful and I dig the music they play. Today, I had a very relaxing enzyme facial, complete with neck, foot and hand massage. The lady who met with me was super pleasant. I feel like the ladies who work here really do care about their customers. I'm so glad I found out about this place! The prices are quite reasonable, too. read more
