To be fair, I was offered a refund on my services (which I took). I'm very disappointed that I have to write this review, I had very high hopes for this place after reading the other reviews on Yelp. I had an isolaze treatment with extractions. I can't really comment on the performance of the Isolaze treatment, but I can comment on the nature of the extractions. I came from an award winning dermatologist in Arizona who performed extractions on me. Never have I had such an adverse reaction to extractions. In Arizona, I would go once a month for a detox facial with extractions. Never did I have raised bumps and skin discoloration afterwards. When the technician, Briana, started performing the extractions, I told her she was doing it too hard. She insisted that she was doing it the right way. By the time I drove back to Hershey. My face was riddled with raised red bumps caused from the pressure and nature of the extraction. My face is reminiscent of when I would pick at it in high school. Evidently my high school self could land a job at About Face. After two weeks, I still had visible scarring on my face. I know this place has great reviews, that's why I chose it. But after taking a closer look at the content of the reviews, most are regarding fillers. When I emailed them, I received an indignant response and an offer of a refund (probably in the hopes I would never write this review). I'm writing this review to save others the money and agony I'm going through. Let's put it this way, I wouldn't let About Face work on my dead grandmothers skin. read more

I had an amazing experience at About Face! I was greeted by staff immediately and all of the ladies were very pleasant and friendly. I was coming in thinking I wanted Thermage and after speaking to Dr. Naomi, she helped me to realize I'd be a better candidate for Sculpsure. I have a bit of loose skin on my abdominal area from pregnancy. I really like that Naomi didn't make me feel as if she didn't SEE my issue. Although it's a small area, it's an area that's bothersome to me! She addressed all of my concerns and made me feel extremely comfortable. She takes the time to listen and she won't just sell you something if it's not the best for your specific situation. She is honest which I like! She tells you if something hurts, if it doesn't hurt, - you're not going into anything misinformed. It was my first time at About Face but it surely won't be my last. Wow what can I say except Raelle saved my skin. I was in the midst of a major acne purge last year. My face had so much inflammation, pain, and hyperpigmentation that it negatively influenced my day to day. I hated looking in the mirror and my face was always in pain. When I went for a consultation I had initially only hoped to get a chemical peel but after talking to Raelle she suggested a series of clear and brilliant and Isolaz treatments. I admit at first I was skeptical. The entire package felt very pricey but after talking with Raelle again and deciding to really treat myself I went for it and I don't regret it one bit. Update: 8/20/18 Naomi reached out to me after my missed appointment and made it a point to make things right. I was glad she did because once she was able to explain the mishaps which caused the delays. Scheduled an appointment for a touch up clear and brilliant and was scheduled for 3:45pm appointment. When I got there, they immediately put the numbing cream on and since it had to sit for 30 minutes. 1 hour and 15 minutes later I'm still sitting there without any updates as to what's going on. So I walk out and the receptionist gives me an attitude while she tells me the machine is being used by a different client. I understand if circumstances come up but i found it pretty unprofessional no one came to tell me about any delays.
