When I call and let them know that they dropped the ball once again they typically tell me they will just get it the next week... By the next morning the trash is shredded and spread all over the driveway due to animals and typically they refuse to give me a refund or fight every step of the way instead of refunding money for services that were never rendered. I highly recommend looking elsewhere
