He will take your money, do a poor job, then simply refuse to answer when something goes wrong. Extremely unprofessional. Shop is a trash hoard and there are sick cats everywhere. He was also shopping and I told him about my situation. Within 2 days of getting his card Derek had my subaru on the road again.
