In our previous home, we had a Puronics filtration system that made a significant difference in our…read morewater quality. So when we sold our home and left the system behind, we purchased the same one for our current home in Broken Arrow (Tulsa area) that was installed by General Ionics of Oklahoma. Once again, the results have been incredible. While the water in my area is considered safe and meets EPA and Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) standards, third party testing such as through the Environmental Working Group has identified contaminants such as bromodichloromethane, chloroform, hexavalent chromium, and perfluorohexane sulfonate (PFAS - known as "forever chemicals") in it, to name a few, that exceed health guidelines. To put this in perspective, the PFAS exceed guidelines by 3,800 times! All are associated with very serious health concerns. Although there is not a local Puronics dealer in Broken Arrow/Tulsa, General Ionics went above and beyond to accommodate us. In particular, Alex ensured a quick turnaround getting the system delivered to us and with arranging for an installer, Aaron, to come to our home from the OKC area whose work was clean, precise, and professional. He had to drill through walls, mount pipes, etc., and he did it all with great attention to detail. We highly recommend the Puronics filtration system. Being a repeat customer is proof that it's worth every penny--giving us comfort knowing we have cleaner, safer water for our family. Thank you, General Ionics, for your outstanding service!

I would never recommend this company to anyone.

The slideshow was out-of-date or perhaps has been updated so don't expect the Maytag brand. I won't discuss much on pricing as that is dependent on unique variables from customer to customer. If youre planning to finance, Aqua Finance is the lender. I suggest you look into them. Scheduling was quick. The ease of installation is dependent on where you water main is located inside your home/garage so expect an investigative and potentially long appointment if difficulties arise. They know of their online reputation and are under new management to correct issues and return the brand to success. I took a chance knowing ehs

The day the of install...installer was 2 hours late and was not prepared. He had to make a run to the store and when he returned, he told us he would only be a few hours. 9 hours later he finished! Company had city inspector out and it failed inspection and then HQWAA had to send out crews multiple times to fix everything the installer had done wrong. I asked repeatedly for them to take the system back, but they fixed and we moved on (city never reinspected but overall it seemed to be working) Fast forward a year...$20,000 into water and mold repairs because the original installer stepped on the air conditioner drain line and cracked it (utilized ac drain for water softener drain) . Rather than fix the damaged line, it was just covered with insulation. This line leaked into a wall for a year before we found out we had a leak. By then we had to have Blackmon mooring out to do mold remediation. Once I called HQWAA / Rainsoft they have gone silent and won't return my calls. I only went with this system because I was going through chemo at the time and tap water was making me sick. As of January I went into remission but couldn't get healthy due to the mold. I do not recommend using this company but I am happy with the system!

If I could go back I would have never purchased rainsoft! 9k in with a system that wont even stay on. They have scared my front yard, from an unessary dig, ending up in a broken water line, which that's the only thing they have fixed. I dont trust the maintenance guy they send out im not sure he is properly educated or equipped to get the system up and running. He was not friendly I've never learned from anyone how to properly work the system or we never had someone come back out to test the water. Im very disappointed, I had hope for this company.

It wasn't a mystery, I was aware of it. After my tub backed up, I called Hull to come out, clear the blockage, and run a camera and inspect the plumbing to identify where any other "problem areas" are, so I could repair them before laying new floors in my home. First guy came out New Year's Eve and said he didn't think anything was wrong with my plumbing, and left. He said he would come back after the New Years, and run the camera to inspect my plumbing. He never came. Tub backed up again. So I called them again. Second guy came out Feb 6. He charged me more than $400 to, from the roof, open the stoppage. He also charged me more than $400 to run a camera, saying he would email the results to me... but then didn't give me any information about what the camera showed. Only that there was a blockage causing the tub to back up. Which I knew. So... in short... I was charged for the camera to be run and inspect the plumbing for any problem areas.... but then either it wasn't run or they didn't give me the results. I've emailed Hull directly. From the email where they sent me my invoice. And directly through their website. And they have never replied. Not even a "oops" or a "oh ya, here's what happened..." nothing . No communication. So I am giving them a one star because they refused to respond to my inquiries, asking why I never received any results. It is disrespectful and inappropriate billing. So... I don't recommend them to anyone.
