Wonderful staff! Dr. Copeland was awesome. He immediately put me at ease and I felt as if I'd known him for years. Very kind and knowledgeable--he explained the procedure as he went along and the bonus was listening to classic rock as he worked! Highly recommend Dr. Copeland. read more

Dr. Copeland was very kind and so was the staff . The work was poorly performed on a root canal and a few weeks later I had to have the tooth extracted. The worst part is after being referred by the Oral Surgeon and they told me he would not charge me due to the fact the tooth had to be pulled just a few weeks later . Dr. Copeland a credit agency that not only placed it for collection but loves to be confrontational and with attitude that is less than desirable. I attempted to pay a fair portion of this bill but until the credit agency gets reality that extraction weeks later is not good work then I will do as many social media posts and updates and tell all my family and friends about this experience, in hope they choose another business. Fact 1.Root Canal complete and had to get pulled in weeks . Fact 2. would not give any consideration for the services that did not work. So many choices for dental and you can be treated well and watch out ! read more

My experience was GREAT!!! When I first walked in the office, I was greeted by a very friendly front desk woman. She was very helpful with ALL questions I had about the procedure. She also was very helpful with insurance information. I was very nervous at first, but she had eased my mind. The assistants in back also helped ease my mind. Dr. Copeland is a great Dr. He has a great sense of humor and a very good chair side manor. After the procedure, I left the office with a smile on my face. read more

They said I had periodontal disease. I was quite surprised. Then came the price for the special cleaning-$576! I went for a second opinion and found that wasn't the case.
