Jaymie and Sarah were beyond kind, compassionate, patient....I could go on and on. It was a slow start for me, anxiety ridden and nervous (about everything and nothing). They made me feel comfortable and cared for. Truly cared for, for hours, which put me at ease. They gave me time to work through my anxiety and fears. Allowed me to stop and sit up when ever I needed to (many times). QUALITY is the best word to describe Braden Dental. And what pain?? None! High tech stuff going on in there. Seriously, I was scared of the shot(s), but I really felt almost nothing at all. After a while (I was there for almost 4 hours), my brain and body realized I was in a safe place, and they weren't going to allow me to suffocate or drown (irrational fears). They allowed me time to work through my feelings, and that was truly amazing. Jaymie worked her magic, and I'm incredibly grateful. If you need dental work, and want THE BEST of THE BEST, you need look no further. It was so refreshing, and surprising, that I was given so much time to adjust to all the dentisty things going on. We took a break in the middle and I was able to do a 10 minute meditation, which changed the rest of the appointment. I ended up humming to the music playing in the office while they were working in my mouth! (REALLY GOOD MUSIC: Fleetwood Mac, Journey, Queen, Keith Urban, Rolling Stones, Chicago, and lots more) Just so grateful! I will never go to another dentist. Ever. I will forever recommend them. Cool sidebar... Jaymie (my dentist) is a turkey hunter, too! So easy to talk to. A doctor has never made me feel more like a fellow human and not just another patient. Sarah was like a gentle and hilarious fairy god mother, who immediately made me feel like we've been friends for years. Before Braden, I tried two other local dentists and I went running for the hills from both. Just because Braden isn't part of any dental ins network does NOT mean that your insurance will not cover them. My first appointment was almost totally paid for by my ins (Delta Dental). Not only were they able to fit me in very quickly, but everyone on staff was very kind and welcoming. They even brought in the father/daughter duo from Lux Dental around the corner for another look. Aspen by far was the least expensive. I decided to consult with Aspen in Lake Geneva Wi. From my initial contact, I was very pleased with Dr. Tehle and the support personnel along with the genuine kindness. I am very happy with this group and will continue with this practice as I initially thought I would return to my regular dentist after the denture. I understand that this practice has suffered some turn over and is rebounding. I to have had an appointment rescheduled but I can't complain as they have done everything in their power to assist me with 2 separate emergency visits and also accommodating my busy lifestyle and travels.. (I will not give out her name, but we all know very well who it is) After two decades of loyalty, it's frustrating to be treated that way to the point I am looking for a new dentist. The clinical team is wonderful, but the customer service seriously needs attention.

I did my research and was very up front with my dental anxiety to both staff and dentist but when I made some groaning noise while he was tried to numb my front teeth, he announced "I'm not doing this" and walked out of the room. When he returned, he relayed that he thought "we both needed a minute". No sir... you needed a minute. I was working thru the pain. I decided right then, that this was not the place for me and let the office staff know. If you have any dental anxiety or fear - this may not be the place for you.

I saw Dr Grise at my dental office to have my large molar extracted. This tooth had a root canal…read moremany years ago. So the roots, very long roots, had to be removed. I was pretty scared. Dr Grise was absolutely amazing! She kept assuring me and telling me what she was doing every step of the procedure. I was able to calm down and feel at ease. I am still recovering. It's been 3 weeks today and the area is still in the process of closing. I felt very little pain. She's incredible!!!
