She took my mood board photos and proposed a beautiful array of arrangements that worked at our entrance, on cocktail and highboy tables and on our bars and various food stations. I received so many positive comments from my guests (even from people who said they rarely even notice flowers). I am not local to Montreal and had to organize all of this via email having never seen the room we were using. Karman made it easy. Everything was as promised and at a reasonable price. The day of installation her staff were very accommodating and had no problem moving around one of the very large arrangements (which was quite big and heavy) until we got everything looking the way we wanted it. On her birthday, she didn't receive the delivery I had ordered. I phoned the florist and they apologized, said they would add more flowers, and deliver the next day. The next day, still no delivery! Phoned again, they said they would send the delivery guy back again, and said they would give me a refund for my trouble. STILL NO DELIVERY! My friend was in her apartment the whole time, but no delivery came or contacted her. When I phoned again to demand a refund, they became suddenly much less friendly. Told me they had to deduct $10 for the delivery fee -- the delivery that never happened! My friend then WENT DOWN to the florist to ask for the bouquet AND THEY WOULDN'T GIVE IT TO HER!
