Always helpful, great people here. I have had mixed experiences with shipping, once i shipped a box that weighed nothing and it was $65, another time i mailed a smaller package and it was $12, i would say hard to figure. Where they really excel is their box selection, they have just about ever size box that you can think of and even call them names like, giant wreath and stuff like that so you have a good idea of what will go in there. The equipment for prints/pictures seems a little dated to me and there are frames and accessories that seem to have become a decoration at this point. read more

This is a great business! My husband and I have been so impressed with how kind, helpful and wonderful this businesses. I would definitely recommend stopping into copies and more whether you need to ship, pick moving boxes up... Or you need copies. COPIES AND MORE is as good as it gets. The COPY service is great, and the MORE is even better. Those who work there couldn't be nicer, sending a package or getting something copied feels more like a nice visit with wonderful people than a business event, and they have wonderful dogs. I'm writing this on a Friday night and need to send a package to my daughter in Austin. I don't have a box for it but I know they'll have a box--they'll know how to pack it and will send it by Fed-EX or UPS. I didn't know their business hours so I looked up their site on the internet (which is how I knew they had a review section) and I'll go to bed happy because I'll be going to Copies and More at 9:00 AM tomorrow. I live nearby, and stop by Copies & More about once a week for service. They have always been cheerful and completely professional. Copies & More is where I copy tax records before submitting them (2 sides/copy), drop off packages to return to vendors (no fee), get very high quality printouts for small press runs and for mockups on paper with a fine finish (I'm a graphic designer) and to get large fragile things professionally packed. I also bring things in for lamination, even documents and photos as large as 24" on one side! They have tape on hand for last-minute sealing, paper clips and pens for use. Heads up, do not try shipping packages Via FedEx Ground collect as their system isn't able to handle that. Either print the label before going in or find another place that uses a more up to date shipping software. read more

Go to the Shipping Shack in the Noone Falls building instead, much friendlier to deal with, more helpful and lower prices.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. TWICE I have dropped off an overnight envelope in their Fedex/UPS mail slot - and BOTH times, the package was missed. Blatant sloppy work, lazy. read more
