Where they really excel is their box selection, they have just about ever size box that you can think of and even call them names like, giant wreath and stuff like that so you have a good idea of what will go in there. The equipment for prints/pictures seems a little dated to me and there are frames and accessories that seem to have become a decoration at this point.

I repeated this to my wife when I left the store and entered my car. When it didn't arrive as promised, I checked my receipt and it had been sent 2nd day air. I called the store and they said the clerk denied saying this me, said I wanted a less expensive shipping method and they supported her. I didn't want a refund. I would have paid any price to get it there on time. I expected honesty. Save yourself potential disappointment if a shipment is critical and check your receipt.
