I contacted Trevor Smith (Copper Core Contractors) after having received a very positive recommendation from a trusted friend. We were having water pressure difficulties with our rural home/property well system -- especially in one bath of our main floor; we have a full basement beneath this floor where our water pressure tank is installed. Trevor presented as very courteous, respectful and conscientious throughout our interactions and visits with him and consistently demonstrated a genuine concern for us and a desire to remedy our water flow issue. It didn't take Trevor long to diagnose our problem, which involved a defective 16 year old pressure tank (the bladder was compromised). As our well's jet pump had been running continuously for a significant number of days (several months), Trevor also recommended that we replace the pump due to concern that the 15-20 year old pump may have been damaged (excessive wear) because of continual usage over an exaggerated period of time. He gave us the option of locating our own replacement pump and tank, but we decided to allow him to use his local supplier for higher quality/professional grade equipment. Pricing for the pump and pressure tank and related labor costs appeared to be what can generally be expected from other similar service providers.
