I had an appointment set up for 1:30 PM and expected that the service techs would be late as most are. Seems punctuality is a rare virtue these days. I was shocked when the All Seasons van came rolling into the driveway right time. Shane and Barry (the Service Techs) greeted me, check out the unit, made a few repairs and were gone in a flash. Having never used All Seasons before I was braced for what could have been a bad experience. The unit had not ran in two seasons and I could have easily been led to believe it needed expensive repairs. Not the case. Shane and Barry explained what they needed to do it get it running, found a minor issue that they corrected and took care of business a very professional and timely manner. The bill I received was very much appreciated. I don't mind paying for quality service and that's they delivered. Based on my first and only experience, I will be using All Seasons again in the future.

Wade explained the process and what options were available. Price was fair and we scheduled work in a weeks time. The structure was built 1947 and even though the HVAC systems were replaced twice since, the ducts were NEVER cleaned. They removed plenty of dust/soot/pollen and pet hair. The 2 techs were able to clean both sides in one day. I would recommend Ductz to anyone, there were zero problems, ducts/air handler are nicely clean and my tenants enjoy cleaner air.

He sent someone that day. I will say we are nice and cool now and it was just a random issue nothing serious, took 5 mins to fix. We placed a service call with the after-hours service I did follow up with the local office the next morning. Courtney had already seen the scheduled appointment for the next day and moved it to an earlier time slot. Connor arrived the next day even earlier than the scheduled time. We were impressed and pleased with the service we received from Connor. He is an exceptionally professional young man and very well educated in the HVAC industry. As a result, I was left stranded all weekend with three kids in an 85-degree house (90s outside) just because of poor scheduling on the their part. Childers Heating & Air later tried to excuse this by claiming it was a "maintenance issue" (dirty coils). While coil cleaning is routine maintenance when a system is running, it stops being "maintenance" and becomes an emergency repair the moment the system is in total failure. After I called to complain on Monday, they managed to move my appointment up to that afternoon. However, when the same technician from the previous visit arrived, he knocked, waited a mere 20 seconds, knocked again, and then muttered, "You cant even answer the f***ing door?" right in front of my Ring doorbell. I have this incredibly unprofessional behavior caught entirely on video. To the company's credit, once the work was finally done, the unit began working great. After I called management to report the technician's language, they did offer to cover half the bill and gave me a year of their club membership free of charge. While I appreciate the office trying to make it right after the fact, the actual experience of being abandoned in the heat and then cursed at by their staff on my own doorstep was completely unacceptable.

I received two separate estimates for fixing the ductwork under my 70-ish year old house. The first…read moreestimate, the person walked down the steps into my storm cellar/crawlspace, took one dark picture, told me it all needed to be replaced, and quoted me what seemed an exorbitant price. Then a family member who has used American Veteran on two homes in recent-ish years recommended them. American Veteran came out and did an EXTREMELY thorough inspection of my ENTIRE storm cellar and crawl space (seriously, they were here for I want to say close to an hour). They took a lot of pictures, measured all of my vents and my air return, and quoted me two THOUSAND dollars *less*. The first company was correct, all of the ductwork DID need to be replaced, but between the much lower estimate and the fact that American Veteran did such a thorough job of PROVING why this needed to be done meant I was obviously going with them. It was such a big job that it did take them about a day and a half to complete, but they hauled away all of the old ductwork and I could tell the difference immediately when I was able to turn my HVAC unit back on! There was one thing that they unfortunately weren't able to fix (enlarging my return) due to a sewage pipe being in the way, but this was a surprise even to the installation techs (so basically something it would have been really hard for the estimator to notice even with how thorough of a job he did). This dropped my final bill about $500, so in the end, the total cost was around $2500 less than the estimate I received from the first company. Every person from American Veteran who came out to work on my house was friendly and did their best to explain whatever they needed to/answer any questions I had. Knowing that they also did great work on two other homes for family members, I highly recommend their services, especially if you need hefty work done!
