We have now failed two inspections. The first failure was due to insufficient wiring. The second failure was due to loose connectors and because not all of the work performed was properly disclosed on the permit. The inspection failed again as a result. This has caused significant delays to our renovation, and we are now unable to submit another permit until these issues are resolved. Electrical work is a major part of an HVAC installation, and repeated inspection failures are a serious red flag. The crew also left construction debris and trash behind, further reflecting a lack of professionalism and attention to detail. Based on this experience, I strongly advise against using this company, especially for electrical work. Look elsewhere and save yourself the hassle of correcting substandard work.

Wade explained the process and what options were available. Price was fair and we scheduled work in a weeks time. The structure was built 1947 and even though the HVAC systems were replaced twice since, the ducts were NEVER cleaned. They removed plenty of dust/soot/pollen and pet hair. The 2 techs were able to clean both sides in one day. I would recommend Ductz to anyone, there were zero problems, ducts/air handler are nicely clean and my tenants enjoy cleaner air.

The company went over and above to accommodate me with an issue with the troubleshooting charge and completed to get my business. The tech was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. I was able to get high level service and just wanted I needed to make things right.

In the course of talking to 3 people, I was aggressively solicited to their annual plan SEVEN times. If I don't know you, and I don't know what your work is like, I'm not commiting to any annual plan. This was sometime last year when I tried their services and yes, they did as asked, but I would not call it budget friendly but maybe something short of harassment and some things I thought might be obvious, weren't. They could have great technicians but they are so focused on the hard sell, you're left just feeling exploited. Even with making my feelings known right to their faces (anyone who answered the phone, both techniciabs they sent) about how I will gladly make sure I complain to at least 3 people for each time I had to listen to a sales pitch, so 21?....I still have six voicemails since wanting to "earn my business"? I can legally call it harassment at this point right?
