I had asked to look at my fridge couple of time and every time they told me a different story about what is wrong with it. They just want to charge for the service fee and do not care if your appliance actually need it. The customer service is a disaster. They sent me a bill once and the next day called multiple times about paying it when I had told them in advance that I needed 5 days since I was out of country. They also send me a paid bill again and wanted to charge me twice for the same amount as if they are running a scam.
