We used them during our Spring Break trip to Scottsdale for airport pickup/drop off as well as an all day trip. We had a late arrival and had our daughter in tow, I was very pleased to land and immediately get a text from the driver that they were there and ready when we were. The communication was very good and we grabbed our bags and met them at the door. Heather was our driver and she was such a joy. She's also a parent and I think she recognized that it had been a long day. She interacted with our five year old during the 30 minute ride to our hotel and we were really grateful for that. She also picked us up when our trip ended and remembered our daughters name and that she needed a booster seat. We also had a driver for a jeep tour that we did and had them for about 7 hours. Our driver was Sam and he was very kind and helpful. When we arrived for our tour it was a little confusing where we needed to be and Sam hopped out and went to figure it out for us. He also helped us with finding a place to eat. We didn't expect the tour to run as late as it did and while we were out he researched some places we could quickly get into without a reservation. That was such a great help and unexpected. There was a lot of driving involved and we ended up keeping Sam for longer than expected but it was all handled smoothly and it was so great that we could relax and let him handled getting us around. We later learned that he had purchased a booster seat for his vehicle when he learned our daughter would need one. It's this kind of thoughtfulness that really made our trip to Scottsdale memorable. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone visiting the area.

Terrible. We booked a private ride for 10a pickup, paying over $200 for two of us. We were asked if…read morewe would do a shared ride at 9:30 instead. We said yes because it was our only option. At 8:45, the driver called to say he was arriving right then, which was 45 minutes before the rescheduled 9:30 time. We rushed out the door to find that we were in a small SUV that had every seat full and we had to sit in very uncomfortable, close quarters in a back seat with carry on bags in our laps for 2 hours. This was not the service we paid for. Not to mention, The other two people we were sharing the car with had also initially arranged for private rides as well. Now to address the rude behavior of the driver. No apologies for being 45 minutes early and after we were assured there would be plenty of room for all luggage (I doublechecked when texted about a shared ride), the driver basically tossed luggage into the back seat with us and said there was no room, so we wound up with luggage on our laps, making the cramped conditions even worse. I emailed the company my concerns and they said that since service was already rendered, they would not offer a refund but instead offered a discount code. A discount code is useless as I will never use this company again.

Once we got going, he spent much of the ride holding his phone in one hand -- a violation of Arizona's hands-free law -- until I asked him to stop. He then lost cellular service entirely, went off route, and I had to navigate him to the airport from my own phone for the rest of the trip. The whole ride took over an hour instead of the usual 15-30 minutes. After the trip I requested a refund. The company admitted to the safety issues and delays in writing, but refused to refund me because the trip was "completed." They offered a discount code for future use -- I told them I don't live in Phoenix, so this was useless. When I called to speak with management, the attendant wouldn't give her name, wouldn't connect me to anyone, and hung up on me. I've now filed formal complaints with the Arizona AG's Consumer Protection Office and Sky Harbor's Ground Transportation office. Save yourself the stress and risk of an accident and book elsewhere.

In fact, it was a top Paradise Valley physician, who first recommended her services to me (Michell would drive his children to school, etc.). Michell is consistently super punctual, usually arriving about 15 minutes early (even when she has had to pick me up at 3AM to drive me to the airport).
