They decided to refuse to refill when I was going on vacation and was told if I had issues that I should go to an ER .... This same situation played out with my wife before she switched. Another time I asked for newer medications that worked faster than others in the past.... I was basically accused of being a pill seeker. On 1/27/22 I arrived for my 11am appointment at 10:42 am. I was given 2 pages to read and sign…read more When I was taken to the exam room at 11:23, Dr. Alex David's P.A, Emily finally entered at 11:42. I questioned their "no show" policy which states if the patient is 15 minutes late they will be counted as a "no show ". I asked if that applied to doctors as well? She became angry and said it was just their policy. I asked if that was fair. She became hostile when I told her it was unfair and that my time is as valuable to me as theirs is to them. Mind you they changed/ cancelled six appointments last summer. To make matters worse, two day later I received an unsigned letter in the mail informing me they would no longer see me as a patient. I attempted to call Dr. David but he refused to talk/ return my phone call. I urge you to NEVER use him or Nephrology Associates of Little Rock,Arkansas if your renal health is important to you. I will continue to share my negative experience with anyone who wants to go further into detail of her complete unprofessional attitude. Even her appearance was totally out of character as well as unprofessional.
