I spoke with them Thursday to make sure they had a 5x 2x and large black thrift to do DTF printing for my convention. Pick up day comes and they tell me they need 2 days to dry and condition a shirt so it won't be ready until late week. They confirmed my order 3 times. 2 times on email and once over the phone ready for pick up Monday at the end of the day. Monday comes and nothing to pick up. So now i'm at a convention without the proper attire.
