The most disgusting customer service I have encountered in 50 years. I went in for help and the receptionist, Cincy C, was so rude, literally to my face. Then they actually wanted my money up front without even talking through my needs. Not sure how these people are in business but the more I look into them the more I find out. A fired said the owner collects your money up front and then day trades it on the restock market. I tried multiple time to ask to talk with the owner, even having my fired call and every tine We were told he's "conveniently" unavailable. Not shocked. I found and contacted Design One Printing because of yelp and I am happy to report yelp didn't fail to disappoint. The short verdict: If you find yourself in Las Vegas needing a quick and professional print job where quality, service and timing go a high five across the board, look no further than Design One. Even if their business hours don't appear to be in your favor, try calling, see what happens. I'm glad I called. The longer story: I'm a contract designer based in the central coast, California. One of my clients is currently exhibiting at a show at the Vegas Convention Center. I did some digital product renderings for him to sell to potential buyers at this show. My client planned to have these renderings printed out when he arrived in Vegas. All the timing was down to the wire (as it always is). Knowing these renderings were going to be put in front of buyers, I stepped in and suggested I find some local print guys in Vegas to handle the job (as opposed to that national chain that can be largely hit or miss). I found several on Yelp and called three (knowing I probably wouldn't receive a call back until Monday). Ten minutes after I called Design One on a Saturday evening, I received a call back from Nar who was extremely helpful and clearly knew his trade well. The job was small in quantity but needed to be high in quality. I wanted each rendering to be professionally mounted on foam core or gator board. Nar suggested a process I had not considered and even though our timing was very tight, I trusted him sight unseen to do what was needed for the project. That Saturday evening, I emailed the files over with reference to our conversation. When I called to check in, Monday 10:30am, Nar confirmed that the files were already done and looked great. Even so my client was dealing with problems at the convention center and was not able to pick them up earlier in the day. As a final gesture of excellent service, Nar even held the shop open an extra 30min for my client to pick up. I received word from my client that "The images look amazing and we will definitely be going back to Design One in the future." I trusted Design One, they made me look good by exceeding my client's expectations and my client will be presenting design concepts tomorrow with a superior print quality. Again, this was not a huge job and it was very reasonably priced but I was treated with the same respect as someone who would be spending thousands on prints.
