So I bring a picture with me, but I leave it in the car because it's 75 years old and I don't want to risk hurting it ...but it is out in the car if they want it, but I also have the picture on my phone. So I ask, "which is better, the picture on the phone or the original picture in the car?" she says "picture on your phone is ok, just email it to me"....so I emailed it to her and then I wait while she prints it. I go home and I get the original picture out of the car and notice that the one she printed is not as sharp as the original.... so I call the owner of the store. He says "the original is always a better way to go." I tell him that she didn't say that even though I asked. Then I asked if they can redo it at no charge.... (I mean it only took like a minute to do it.) and he said "no, we'll have to charge you again." so they've lost a customer because they didn't want to do a simple little re-do even though it was their fault and should've been done again at no charge. read more

I just left this place. The gray haired gentleman behind the counter could not have been more rude. It cost $5.65 for 18 copies. THEN HE KEPT MY CHANGE! Now it's not the .35 cents. It's the point that he kept it without even a thought about it. It used to be the customer was always right. This guy was like to hell with the customer! He huffed and puffed when I first walked in and approached him. I asked if he was annoyed and he said he was busy. Then why work at the counter! I had to ask for a receipt. He then made a snide remark that I didn't look like a realtor. What a shame to have such lousy customer service in such a small niche market. read more

I love this place- and I am not easy to please. I had a client who saw a home I was selling around the corner from the copy center. They wanted color photos of the inside of the home. I told them to go to the copy center to pick them up- not even knowing if they could do it... I called copy center and said I was emailing them photos and could they please print them out to a couple who would be walking in the door in 5 minutes and could they bill me. They had it done in 5 minutes and called me back with the bill. Now THAT is customer service. BTW I do not normally do business with them so I wasn't a preferred customer or anything. Today was my second visit to the copy center. The first time was to send a document UPS and this time is to just "drop off" 3 pre-paid UPS labeled boxes. My first visit I waited over an hour to just ship a document (my lunch break is only an hour). I was first in line and after the lady Tiffany asked me how she can help me, she set me aside and helped 6 other people behind me before she finally took the one minute to scan my document. This time is a similar experience. I walked in as the only person here and I have been here 45 minutes already as she has been helping other customers who came in after me. When she finally came back to help me, she asked me if I was in a hurry and if I mind if she calls her husband to ask him to take the dogs to the groomer... (It's their anniversary today btw) And then she tells me that I'm making her run behind because she was supposed to be off by 11am today (it's 11:20am now). It literally took her one minute to scan the 3 boxes that I had. Tiffany is seriously lazy and has horrible customer service. Don't waste your time here unless you really do have the time to waste. read more

I went there to make some copies and send a fax out. The woman working the counter was very polite. She sent my faxes incorrectly to my phone number. I told her what had happened, and she quickly fixed the problem and sent them properly. Unfortunately when she sent them, they were sent upside down. I had already left, so made a phone call to the business. A man answered the call. I believe his name was Joe. I explained the situation. He said to come back right away. Unfortunately I was passing through town. I explained my frustration that the fax was miss sent twice. He began to laugh. He said I could receive a refund, but I was already gone. I work in customer service. I understand mistakes happen. I just expect better customer service, especially from a small business in red bluff. It's a cute small town with lots of mom and pop shops. While I was there I did not encounter any bad customer service. It was actually above and beyond. I'm a firm believer in treating people respectfully, and trying to make the situation right if I am at fault. It's unlikely I will be in this area again, but if I am I would not support this local business. read more

Oh my goodness! I had a letter I needed to print and I am from out of town. I use a Mac and couldn't locate the PDF I had made of the letter. I came in yesterday and emailed a few links for some wedding invitations for my sisters wedding. The gentleman working there was kind and helpful and he printed me an example and all was good. I was told they'd be ready that evening and they'd call me. We ended up calling and checking since we hadn't heard anything and they said the invitations wouldn't be ready until this morning. Okay fine. This afternoon I called, because I hadn't heard anything- a woman answered and made it sound like my fault that it was taking so long (I sent a difficult format that needed adjustments), that they weren't ready and would take 1-2 more hours. Honestly I just wanted an apology...they quoted a time and it wasn't done and no one calls me to tell me anything about the status or the difficulty so I'm just a customer waiting around. Because there was no real remorse or understanding I just told them to cancel the order. Now I'm at square one and I'm on a tight time schedule to have them done. I'm not a happy customer read more

Easy enough to work with. I've utilized nothing other than fax services. Their hours are inconvenient, 8 - 6 pm seems a more practical time frame given corporate America operates typically operates on a 7 - 6 or 7 pm basis. If one is sending a fax...it's guaranteed it's not local. On another note, the company fax # is not listed on their website. If it is, it's damned difficult to locate! read more

Customer service seems good. This younger gentlemen who I usually see when I go in is very helpful, polite, and courteous. I have never had an experience where they are busy so I cant speak of their treatment of high volume time periods. Im pretty sure I was helped by the manager/owner. One thing I absolutely cannot wrap my head around is being charged $3 to print one black and white document from my flash drive. It literally takes 5 seconds to print. I worked at the staples copy center in town and we only charged 10 cents to print a BW copy. With no real labor or supply cost to print one page from a flashdrive, I must say that they are ripping customers off for this. I would like to leave one star but otherwise my experiences have been good. read more

Just wanted some simple address labels printed up (no design or colors). They told me I'd have to wait, but wouldn't tell me how long. I probably waited 20 minutes before they started working on my 2 minute project. The woman did apologize for the wait. Also I feel I was overcharged. $7.00 plus tax for two sheets of 30.
