Pricing was competitive and the service was generally friendlier than their direct competition a few blocks away. I'm not the most artistically-inclined so was delighted when the Dragon staff designed banners for both of my organizations. Their designs are super modern and cutting-edge. They really elevated the game when it came to getting the word out. Not only that, but their materials are top notch. The banners were heavy-duty (one of them still hangs proudly nearly 8 years later) and their silkscreening on shirts doesn't fade or peel. A win win overall!

Every time I called I was told 'oh, we will have information and call you next week' and I was NEVER called back - all contact was initiated by ME. In December (3 weeks before Christmas) I was texted that embroidery was not possible, and they would try sublimated. Later (when *I* called to follow up), I was texted that they would try sublimation tomorrow, and the following day I was texted that it was not possible either. I took my project to a competitor that day and it was completed by the end of the week. Zelma's seems to be VERY busy and they are very friendly, but it seems that since I was not a regular or had a big project, my little project would just have to wait until they were caught up, which seems unlikely to ever happen.
