It's why I took my second, larger job to them; however, based on my latest experience, I'd give them a negative-star review if I could. The first job I submitted was directly through the owner; however, this time he was away on vacation...I don't remember the name of the employee who told me he could help me, but he definitely did not help. Perhaps a bit of the "cat's away, mice will play" mentality? First he told me that he'd complete the job within two days, which was important to me, because I had to go out of town myself and I needed the job done before I left so that I could deliver it to people to whom I'd made promises. When I called two days later, he told me "oh man, I'm sorry, but we got busy" and that I could expect the job to be complete, "for sure", no later than my return in five days...are you kidding me? It went from two days to seven? Whatever, fortunately I treat my customers well enough that they understand delays sometimes occur. Just as long as he was certain that the job would be ready for me when I got back, I could make it work. So now it's five days later, and I'm back. When I called a few minutes ago, the same employee told me "I"m so sorry, but I lost the notes telling me what I was supposed to do for you - but, if you'll tell me again what you need, I'll do it for you right away so you can pick it up today"...okay, WTF? Every once in awhile, not even every time, just occasionally, I'd like for the level of service I receive to match the level of service I'm required to give my own customers...you know? Don't wast your time with these guys, unless the owner is town, because that is apparently the only time his crew actually works.

He said he would only do "Barbie's Breaking Point", but his religious beliefs wouldn't let him put "The Best Rack in Town". I was stunned and taken aback, had to think about it a minute. Why would I pay him to put half my sign up and then pay another to put the slogan? What if I were selling racks of ribs, racks of lamb, book racks, hand-carved coat racks?
