(I'm now 80 and have been a user since the early 80's). I had an old Gateway serviced there, upgraded and added to and was very pleased with their prompt turn around and quality work. I have since had them build two computers for me and am working yet on the most recent one (about 4 years old now). The few problems I have had were fixed quickly, once while I waited. I highly recommend both their products and their technicians. I take both my Windows and Apple machines to them and they know what they are doing.

The tech did not take responsibility and was very rude,,essentially blaming me for the mix up. Finally at the end of the conversation he said bring it back in and he would look at it. I will find another place to help me.
