They have good service, we own a business in town and I have been to many shops and have got a couple banners, and they all get destroyed when placed outside. I went to this business for custom shirts, Hat's, sweatshirts, business cards and stickers... The quality of work I received was phenomenal. They definitely did not disappoint. All of the graphics engineered was spot-on exactly the way I wanted it. They took the time to a pay attention to the detail that I wanted. And with a great concern it came out exactly the way I wanted it. All of the logos are nice and clean and centered the way they're supposed to be. And the lettering looks very nice. Also had them do custom decals on my custom crane and it came out beautiful. I will always be a returning customer for as long as this business is around. And I highly recommend them to anybody that's looking into getting any printing type work done. The huge order I had was completed in a great timely manner. I constantly get compliments on my shirts and crane decals. And as for the design team ,is awesome. Sierra saved my butt today. I needed to print, scan, fax... the whole gamut, and quickly. She totally helped me accomplish all my steps while also putting out various fires around the shop that others were dealing with. And she has a great attitude. They also have an adorable dog that so kindly shared his toy with me. Cost was definitely better than any of the big box stores! Definitely my copy shop of choice. read more

Here are the adventures I had with Copy King: I'll start with the pro's: quick response time initially and fair quote for the job I wanted. They responded to all of my initial emails promptly, and called when they had questions. After the ordeal was over, the owner called to apologize and offered to reprint the whole job. I appreciate this, but we had already gone with another company to redo this print job. The actual print quality was ok, not great. Just not the scoring and cutting. Here is the list of reasons I will not be back: I was told my print job would be done on Wednesday or Thursday, I ordered on a Tuesday. By Friday at 2:30pm, I had still not heard anything. When I called to check on my order, I was told- the invitations were messed up during printing, by spatter from their machines. Yet, no one had called to update me. And they needed to reprint the order. I asked if I could come see them, and check if they were usable, I did not have time to wait for it to be done again. Went and saw them, and they looked usable, and I was offered a discount for the error. I received an invoice that included fees for cutting, scoring, and folding. which were not included in the quote I received. Even though I made sure it was listed in the email with what I needed. I was told I would be called once the order had been scored and folded, which never happened. So I did not receive my order on Friday, which was already past the date I was told they would be completed. So I waited outside the building on Monday morning to pick up my order. They open at 9 according to their sign. At 9:10 an employee opened the store. She said- oh, you didn't pick these up on Friday? And I replied- did you give me a call on Friday to tell me they were ready? She responded that she thought I was going to come back at some point. I said, do you remember writing down my phone number and telling me you would call me when it was done, since you didn't know how long it would take, and she said- oh yes, I do remember that, I'm not sure what happened. So I took my invitations, and headed in to work. These are for a company event. When I got to work and looked at the finished product, I was horrified. They were folded crooked, the edges look horrible, the cuts are crooked, and they are all different sizes and colors. I immediately drove back and returned the invitations stating we would be using a different company. When he owner called later that morning to apologize, he did offer to reprint the whole job. Stating this is not the kind of quality they normally release, and he doesn't know what happened this time. If I wasn't in such a rush for this order, I may have taken them up in this offer. I made it clear from the very first email that time was incredibly important, and the entire reason I was using them was because they quoted me the fastest turn around time. Ordered 6 shirts only! Paid 98.00 found out one of the co-workers lost our shirts and it took us over a month of trying to get in touch with these people to get a refund. This place tried to scam us will never go back or refer anyone to them. read more

Just a month ago I asked for work to be done the owner John was acting helpful in assisting and seemed very confident in getting my order done in actuality he did not do one thing he ruined The shirt I paid for and never replaced it in between that he made me wait weeks for any information on my order and he never contacted me about it Avoiding all calls and emails always had to try and contact him and told me lies as to why it wasn't done or late etc. he never produced any order confirmation of confirmed work and he also kept my money for weeks and would not send me my refund until quite some time after Just to prove a point I guess soooooooo unprofessional disrespectful rude mean liar and thief if it was possible I would have used a NEGATIVE-5 star rating!! First of all let me start by saying this place is horrible. So unprofessional and a bunch of liars. So, we agreed on a time and day of pick up...for a project they were suppose to do for me for my grandmas funeral. On that day they dodge my calls and 30 min before pick up time"12pm" they finally answer and tell me there is no way it would be done and that he thought we had said " 5pm" which is a lie! Because there is no way. I made it clear it had to be done no later than 12pm and John agreed on it. Then he says he can have it done by 3pm. Then calls me back and he tells me what I wanted wasn't going to work out. And sent me a different layout that would work. Which wasn't what I wanted and to top it off some of the pictures had my grandmas head cut off. Why would I be ok with that? And it was way past the time I was suppose to go and pick up. These guys are horrible. They'll tell you what you want to hear make you feel good about doing business with them then screw you over! DO NOT GO HERE! read more
