Walked in to get shirts for my business. Was greeted and taken care of in a timely fashion. We picked a shirt, ordered a sample that was to be in within two days andI was told I would be called when it arrived. Three months later, I emailed regarding a status of the shirt. I received a reply back with a quote for pricing. Not at all what we were discussing or what I was looking for. I definitely felt that because my business was small and the order was not going to be a large one that it wasn't worth the time. Located in the heart of downtown Modesto, theres limited parking lot but plenty of street parking and there is a handicap spot near the wheelchair friendly front door. Jaime runs the front with Crystal and they are very qualified to take your information and help start your order. They will work with you through the process of getting your final approval on mock ups. Orders are taking about 10-12 working days because there has been a major increase in orders now that more businesses are opening back up but they do their best to get the orders filled ASAP. I'm an artist out of Sonora, Ca. After being treated poorly at a local print shop I decided to go a bit out of town to find a shop willing to work with me. I'm so so glad I chose Print Time. I was able to take pictures of my acrylic abstract paintings (only iPhone quality which isn't the best and isn't the worst) and have them put onto canvas tote bags with my art trademark on the opposite side- they turned out perfect! Great quality. Same with the posters I had made from the same photos from my iPhone. They were so friendly and helpful, explained every bit along the way and delivered absolutely quality products that I've been able to use at my local art shows. Paid to design my business cards. What a joke. Final drafts were cheap, generic, thrown together messes. After a full week of waiting; I think they woke up 20 minutes before our scheduled pickup and just threw this crap together. Misspellings, clashing colors and designs that gave the impression a kindergarten class was tasked with designing my cards. DO NOT GO HERE! You will waste your time and money. I went to Staples in Manteca in a rush. I had beautiful, custom business cards designed, printed and delivered the same day for $20.00. The business vandalized my car, I went into the tattoo shop that shares the parking lot, it is not clear where parking is divided between the tattoo shop and the parking spaces for print time, the short time I was getting my tattoo they had VANDALIZED MY BRAND NEW CAR, I called to speak to the owner and he was very rude, condescending stating he didn't know who owned the car and I stated well just how you did not know that I also did not know this wasn't the space for the tattoo shop's parking. Owner very rude, I have filed a claim with my insurance and will be making a police report next because this bumper sticker they put on my car had left a thick adhesive residue on my brand new car! I am very disappointed with how the owner handled this so immaturely instead of just making his parking spaces with a CLEAR SIGN for designated parking! I also have recorded the phone call with him admitting to guilt of placing the number sticker on my car! read more

I needed to make a single copy of a form of identification for the Human Resources department at the Stanislaus County office of education, and they directed me to Prime Time. As I entered, one of the printers- the owner, perhaps, greeted me promptly and asked me what service I required. I furnished them with the ID and they ran off a color copy for me. As I got my change out to pay, the printer said it was free of charge, which I assume was because of it being for the county office.
