First, I should say that I've been using DAX for well over 10 years. Never a problem, always solutions. I say this because my ability to make my own artwork is shameful at times. When this happens, they don't print! They call me and work with me to solve issues. THEN they print. I get great printing on time and at great prices. Weeks ago, knowing that I had moved from South FL to the Orlando area, a dear friend in PA called to see if I could help a neighbor of his. This gentleman was in Orlando for a trade show, learning upon arrival that all the printed material for his booth was lost in transit. I suggested he called DAX for replacements...and never heard about it until now. What I just learned from my friend did not surprise me. DAX had delivered tons of flyers and stuff by the following day and did so at a better price that the original supplier. Kudos to DAX...while I gloat about it.
