Well they were going on a trip with a large group and didn't realize until the morning of departure that they'd somehow left one of the gift bags with one of their the pre-made group t-shirts in the airport somewhere. So one person out of my four-person family didn't have the group shirt. By the time they realized the shirt was missing, we only had 2 and a half hours until we had to leave the house to head to the port. I called a few places but no one would help or even showed any interest or care in helping to solve my problem, until I called McKee's. I don't recall what her name was but she jumped right into action trying to help me. I ended up not going through with the order because by the time we finished our last-minute errands, I wouldn't have had time to get there, get the shirt and get back in time. With that said, I need to place an order for company shirts soon and instead of using the company we usually go with, I'm going to give McKee's the order solely based on house I was treated when I really needed assistance.
