No outstanding balance in my account. No missed payments. Just a membership card that might as well be a coaster. When I tried calling this location? Silence. Nobody picks up. Ever. I had to track down a completely different branch just to speak to a human being, and their solution? "You need to go in person to that location because of outstanding invoices." What invoices? The ones that don't exist in your own system? The ones you never notified me about while happily swiping my card every single month? This isn't customer service. It's customer hostage-taking. They'll take your money with zero friction, but the moment you need actual access to the thing you're paying for, you're on your own. No answers. No accountability. Just the privilege of chasing down staff across multiple locations to beg for entry to a facility you've already funded. If you enjoy paying premium prices for phantom memberships and speaking to voicemail, this is your place. Everyone else: run.

I love the fact that this is a ladies-only facility. I tried Gold's Gym and felt very out of place there. This is a warm and non-threatening environment and the front desk ladies are always awesome and helpful. The only thing of note is that the music/microphone volume in the classes is unnecessarily loud but the last couple of times I've been there it seemed quieter, so maybe they've recently addressed this. Overall, great little facility in a convenient location. I hope it's there for some time to come.

You can not even see your bill receipts. you have to send a request and wait for ever and they may get back to you or may not. To be able to see your bill you have to provide a membership number which is in an agreement which was once mailed to you. There is no other way to get that agreement. You cannot easily freeze your payment and you have to you HAVE TO go to a club physically to cancel your registration. They technically steal from your pocket and in this busy life where every thing is online you can hardly do any thing to stop them.

I fulfilled my obligation by cancelling in person, and the failure to process it was entirely on their end. Expecting additional fees after their oversight is just bad business ESPECIALLY when they can see I haven't been to their gym in OVER A YEAR!!! When I signed the contract, Jaff assured me that I could cancel the membership anytime by providing one month's notice. I was also told that one additional fee would be deducted before the cancellation was processed. However, it is now May 2025, and despite sending over 20 emails and repeatedly requesting cancellation--more than 100 times--my membership has still not been terminated. On May 10, I relocated to India for medical reasons. I submitted my employment letter, flight ticket, and boarding pass as proof that I am no longer in Canada, and once again asked for the membership to be canceled. Yet, no one is responding appropriately or taking action. I genuinely don't understand why this is happening. This mishandling is causing me unnecessary distress during an already difficult time.

I liked it so much that I bought the 10-class pass directly from them instead of using the classpass. The class sizes are small, non-intimidating but quite challenging, everyone I've met has been friendly, and the facility is clean. You can tell from the way the trainers interact with each other at the gym that they have a good culture here. They provide all the equipment and mats here at no extra cost. I've seen other gyms that don't provide mats at all so everyone just sits and stretches on the dirty floor and it grosses me out. I've attended Kettlebell Scuplt, Triple C, and HIIT classes so far with Klaudia E. and Michelle A., and they are all fantastic! I walk away feeling sore in a really good way, and I feel stronger and notice my body looking a bit more toned. I'm looking forward to my next class!
