I walked in checking in @ 8:42 flipping to 8:43 by Apple iPhone time, young lady checking me in says I have to call and see if they're going to see you. But also said that Mirakle was in with a patient and I would have to wait 3-5 minutes for an answer. I asked Why? She responded because of the 15 minute window, so If I arrived and was being checked in within the office rules of a 15 minute window, Why am I not being seen. At least make it make sense. So I requested to see Dr Reiber and no one ever even tried to get me an appointment with him. They just refused to see me within the time window that their office rules run on. So eventually they came back saying that someone else could see me @ 10:30 today. Lol which still was not satisfactory according to office policy but because I am Gods Favored daughter. I allowed for the visit because my Father in heaven said he would contend with those who contend with me ISAIAH 49:25. So after sitting there in pain from a Fibromyalgia Flare for almost 2 hours my blood pressure climbed from a normal reading of 137/ 83 to 162/108 Why would you have me sit and suffer like that in your office I don't understand. But my Daddy kept me I prayed and talked my way through so that I wasn't screaming in pain. Around 10:27 I was taken into a room they got my vitals and I waited. Mariana came in she introduced herself, started a visit with me and just as we were talking one of the techs opened the door and says I was trying to catch up with you before you got in here and unlike Mirakle who couldn't be disturbed to see if she was going to see me . Mariana walked out of my visit spending all of 3 minutes talking to someone else again leaving me waiting then returns telling me to not use my phone and remove my earphones like she bought either. I have been waiting for now all of 2hrs and you walked out on my appointment but W H A T (DADDY DO YOU SEE HOW THEY'RE MISHANDLING YOUR BABY) so I make it through the appointment and Mariana walks out not giving me my checkout paperwork but telling me that she's sending someone back to do a BP recheck and I could go. Now I'm waiting for someone else to get paperwork for me to even leave. " GOD I thank you for whatever it was that you blocked". Now the topper to it all was that Mariana sent over my medications but made sure that there were restrictions and medication for the flare that wasn't covered prescriptions so that I would remain in pain for the next couple of days. Yes that's my personal opinion and I'm standing on it. Because I have yet to have anyone tell me when I can see Dr. Reiber.

I check in as usually, went to the back and gave my urine simple as normal. He came in the room and talk to me as if i was beneath him: not as doctor to patience. There are no medication in your system. When i tried to explain that maybe because of the hydrochloroth- iazide I'm taking could be the problem ( which any jackass with a medical degree should know that it strips fluids out your body. ) he just say i can't prescribe you anymore meds, so go back to your primary doctor and see what he can do for you. Not knowing he is a she. My insurance doesn't pay for these meds which one cost over a hundred dollars. Last time i check if you pay out of pocket like that you must really need your meds. Now with that being said, how i had gotten an injection in my lower back and that didn't show up in the urine either. Is it my fault my body flushes it self out fast? Nope. Instead of saying don't take when you come in on date , so we can make sure it's in your system. He just walked out to other patient. I don't want to say anything racial but i over heard dr dixion with another patient with the same problem no meds in his system. As he and i was checking out, that guy got another appointment i got a thank you and have a nice day. My only question is was i treated fairly?

I told…read morethem, I was very honest, my PA had left my practice and i had to go to a doctor (in same practice) who I couldn't stand. My BP went up 20 points every time I walked in to see him. He immediately cut pain meds by 33%. So I found this Grosslight place. I told them I had gotten some medication off the street. I was completely honest. Then they dropped me like a hot potato the next DAY because they said I had cocaine in my system. Considering I was getting legitimate pain pills, i doubted that. I bought a 10 panel drug test from Walmart. There was no cocaine in my system. They didn't CARE that there were a dozen urine samples up there, wouldn't answer my call when I told them (and video recorded it) that there was no cocaine in my system. So they either got them mixed up or just straight lied. But at any rate, I was NEVER allowed to speak to any of them again, until Adderall girl called back and said "take Immodium for withdrawals" and hung up. Excuse me? I am a human being, and you do not have the the right to speak to me as anything LESS. I'd been to another pain clinic before (that one had NO ONE on the nurse's line for 10 DAYS at Christmas) but the first urine test at that clinic didn't even "count". Not with this judgmental fool. There was just NO WAY POSSIBLE his staff, jacked up on amphetamines, was WRONG, no, it was definitely "me". I hated my other PA so bad, I started getting Suboxone from Quick MD online. Even a 8 minute $100 call, THEY cared more than Grosslight. "Gross" is right. Gross negligence. If you are an honest person and have chronic pain (levoscoliosis, with a 26 degree curve in my spine, spinal stenosis, sciatica, degenerative disc, sacroliac joint arthrititis) drive RIGHT PAST this place and go on down to the veterinary clinic. You'll get better care and their staff isn't addicted to their own drugs. "I can be a drug addict and screw up your urine test, but don't you dare be a drug addict!" was the message I got from that nightmare of an experience. I got in a car wreck last Saturday night, and if this dude came crawling back on his hands and knees begging for forgiveness, I WOULDN'T SEE HIM IF HE WERE THE LAST MEDICAL "PROFESSIONAL" ON EARTH. Because he isn't one. He's a judgmental grumpy jerk who hires drug addicts who call YOU a drug addict when I took a test ON VIDEO the next MORNING and it said there was NO COCAINE in my system. I wouldn't know were to even get it. I bet I could ask his staff and they'd know.... AVOID. LIKE. THE. PLAGUE.

One time she waited 2 and a half hours only to be told the doctor couldn't do an injection she needed. How could someone not figured this s#*t out before keeping a woman waiting that long? She came back to the car in tears, in part because of the pain she was in, but also frustrated at being kept waiting so long for nothing. This facility did not have recovery rooms for the patients to be monitored after their procedures. In my (albeit limited) experience, a procedure like this requires the patient to remain still for 15+ minutes afterward. However, this facility was popping through patients as if they were candy from a Pez dispenser. They apparently applied a small amount of lidocaine per injection, but not enough to sufficiently numb the area. My husband said they also did not allow him time to ask questions, calm himself down, or offer him anything to help with the anxiety. Instead, they ushered him into the same procedure room three other men had just been in and asked him to take off his shirt and start prepping for his shot. When he said that he was unsure about getting it, the staff did not sit down to discuss the pros and cons of the decision, they simply ushered him out and a different patient. I dont even know how they managed to properly sterilize the procedure room between patients.

I was facing a 20 hr each way rode trip. After searching for a massage therapist, I happened upon Lara Bridges at Aiken Center for Neuromuscular Therapy. My experience with massage was the relaxing kind and a couple of deep tissue ones. She is different. She asked questions and went to work. As the only neuromuscular massage therapist AND practitioner in the area her massage is medically based. She only went to where the pain was or the area that was causing the pain and found issues I didn't know I had. On the first visit, she worked her magic on me and that 20 hr drive and 12 day vacation was pain free. I've now been going to her since the middle of June. She has moved 2 muscles that were out of place, impinging a nerve and causing pain. This is a way to deal with pain without drugs. I can't recommend her enough.
