I was not with the same person and rarely was I their only client. I was there for over 5 months and I had the same complaint every single time. I never got relief. I came in ready to work with Mike the owner and was told in front of other clients and staff that it was my last appointment because I wasn't making progress and I needed to lose weight. Why would someone say any of that publicly when he could save me a trip and not totally embarrass me in front of others? I was trying to put off 2 total knee replacements. I now have an appointment with the surgeon. It was not a good experience. Good luck if you go there. The bright spot was Amber, the receptionist. She always had a smile on her face and we started the same day.

I could not have been happier with their care and treatment. Suffice it to say that there is a reason that I selected Beachside PT in Indian Harbour Beach FOUR times in a row (with 2 knees and 2 hips). The only issues I had were with the insurance company, but Meagain was persistent AND solved all of those insurance issues. Definitely 5 STARS! The entire ambience in the room puts you at ease, even during some physical pain. They each showed compassion, patience with me and understanding while showing me how to get the most out of my recovery. The doctor was aware I had reached my out of pocket maximum. I just moved to this area, and I know I have a herniated disc, and the MRI done already to prove it. I have done physical therapy, I have done a lot of masseuse and chiropractic work, and I came in to this office SIMPLY to get an adjustment. I was not in agonizing pain, I wasn't seeking out this type of treatment, just wanted to get adjusted. I was required to do an initial consultation before getting adjusted, fine.... but then the doctor put me on an 8 week physical therapy regiment and gave me a referral to go get injections at Duek. Even the staff that was doing the physical therapy with me didn't really know what to do with me.... Long story short, Duek required me to have 3 visits another MRI, and X-Ray, all before telling me that to facility to get the injections is located else where and my out of network cost would be about $4000.00! I checked and they had billed my insurance a ton for all these visits and MRI etc... So I spent weeks between both of these offices and got NOTHING out of it! I never even got my back adjustment done! When I called back just now to cancel all further appointments and express my disappointment the woman on the phone didn't want to hear anything about it, kept cutting me off, then randomly said "I have another call coming in" and switched off the line! RUDE

As a mom of two that has struggled post delivery with pain and discomfort I really needed help. I've already learned so much from Dr. Christine Klein. She is very informative and compassionate. I feel like she genuily cares about her patients and wants to help them. The office is very inviting and comfortable. Not your typical setting for PT. Dr. Klein really takes the time to get to know you and the root to your issues so she can help. She provides alot of educational material and wisdom. I would highly suggest her if you are someone that is struggling with perenial pain, pain with sex, tailbone pain, leaking with activity and more. Surgery is not the only solution.

I also felt compelled to express my feelings in a review of their business to warn other customers of them not answering the phone during business hours issue I was having with them. After completing the review the "Doctor" called my personal phone number from a Denver area code. (I wouldn't have answered if I wasn't originally from that area and thought it was a friend or relative I had lost the number of.). When I expressed to him I didn't care to speak about the review I promptly ended the phone call. Only to have him text me from the same number with an uncalled for comment. I promptly blocked the number. Immediately after I received a call from another phone number this time with a Brevard county area code. I answered only to find out it was the same person that had called before that I had blocked because of the above mentioned text message. He immediately started shouting I again terminated the phone call. He again texted me from the Brevard number with another uncalled for comment. Unprofessional is the first word that came to mind. My second thought was is this activity criminal? I just want to make people aware of the way this particular practice has treated me.
