So far my pedicure is great and I don't have any concerns at all. All staff is kind I have interacted with so far. I think if you have a bad experience and your nails don't come out absolutely perfect it is upsetting because nails aren't cheap anymore so I think complaints are valid. But I encourage you to have your own experience here and take a chance because you could get a bubble on your nail or an accidental knick on your nail from any nail spa.
