I have been here twice for pedicures & both times these ladies have done a lovely job. My tech, Lucy, worked hard to bring my feet back from looking rough to beautiful. She did a detailed job massaging calf muscles, exfoliating, moisturizing & making sure my experience was pleat, therapeutic & enjoyable- great massaging! I don't know how they run a business with the whole place smelling like sewer. I walked in the make an appointment for my mom and myself to get pedicures and the smell of sewer almost knocked me over. I asked, "what is that smell?" They said, "what smell?" How can they ignore that smell and continue to work? Disgusting! Getting a pedicure should be a nice experience. Not here. read more

This place is sooo bad in nails!! Phew just after 4 days of redill the acrylic came out on the left index finger and the polish top coat worn out on 6 fingers!! Such a poor auality but high cost for tat place!! Ll Mever recommnd this place to any!! I didnt hv an option cos it was oly one nearby from wherre i was living!! Very happy with my experience at Extreme Nails! I received a mani/pedi the other day and it came out perfect. The young lady who worked on my nails was very polite and kept asking me if I was okay and if anything bothered me to let her know (i.e. If she was hurting my cuticles, etc.). The salon is very clean and the women that work there are talkative and enjoy talking with the customers. I get nervous to try new salons out but this is definitely my go-to now! So happy I stopped in :) Update 12/22/19: Went in for a gel manicure and came out with my nails/fingers in pain. I believe it's only the owner and one other employee working there, so they're trying to get people in and out as quick as possible. I believe the woman that did my nails was new and she was very rough with the cuticle pusher and while she was filing my nails she cut my skin under my pinky pretty nicely. Not sure if she noticed that my finger was bleeding before she put my hands in a cold bowl of water. I probably will not be back. read more

if I could give zero stars I would. I've never walked into a place I've never been to and gotten a more rude welcoming than I did here. Stopped by on my lunch break for a quick fill, there were two techs working with two clients. They asked, "what do you need" and I said "just a fill" the woman responded "its gonna be at least 45 minutes, want to wait?" I said "no I can't I'm on my lunch break, thanks though." she said "well you can come back in 45 minutes." I said "actually I can't because I'm on my lunch break, like I just said" she then started to speak in another language to her other tech while they both kept looking at me, which I found to be incredibly rude, so I looked at them, said 'ok' and walked out. great service over at nails 2000--- don't bother with these people read more

Needed my eyebrows waxed for vacation the next day. Arrived at 20 minutes to 7, all lights were on but the staff said sorry we are closed I turned everything off. They are supposed to close at seven call first if your approaching that time. read more

I wanted to like this place, but I was really disappointed. I called ahead and made an appointment, and although there were only 2 other people getting their nails done, there were only 2 people working and I had a very long wait before I was seated at the table. Then after I finally got in the chair, she left my hands soaking and continued to work on another client for a good 10 minutes before my actual manicure began. This would have been tolerable if they had done a good job, but my gel manicure was uneven and began peeling off from the sides in less than a week. With a good gel, my sides never peel and I only ever need to take it off when my nail grows out too much that it looks bad (about 2 weeks for me). These were peeling off all on their own in less than a week. Price was decent: $25, but not worth it for a week of uneven color I will not be going back. read more

Im from out of town a truck driver broke a nail & had a load to tractor supply so i decided why won't I get my nail fixed also change my paint because the previous paint color I really did not like went in and there was only 1 customer & 2ladys. Working the lady ask how can i help you i tell her she asks can i come back in a hlf hr she really aint want to take me i said ill just wait WHAT A MISTAKE she then just went n head and took me instead of making me wait i should of just left she rushed and made me feel so uncomfortable kept telling me i need a fill in like 3 times i just got the nails done 3 days ago i told her she says really i said i did not need a fill in just want what i asked for so she fixs the nail which was. Coffin shaped she got that correct but other then that it looks like crap she did not even file it down with the machine correctly so i got one nail now all thick! I just wanted to get out of there so the other lady paints my nails which she made th polish thick i just know now when i have a load 2 that tractor supply i will not go there to get anything done to my nails! Very un professional should learn to respect customers on there needs and truck drivers u would not have nothing if we did not sacrifice time away from our family so you can have shelfs stocked when you go shopping!
