I went I to visit the store, much to my surprise they have plenty of items and the store seemed well stocked and clean. The charge for a bag of chips is $2.75. You used to buy the largest bag for $1.99, At least the worker was kind and courteous providing great customer service as he greeted me and thank me for shopping there. I only stopped here because my car was on E. I'll make sure this never happens again. I give three stars because the dangerous conditions caused by customers on the outside doesn't reflect the service and interactions on the inside.

When I asked to speak to a manager, because of a couple of ongoing problems with my vehicle, I was taken to the manager's office. The manger stood up with hands on his hips and was rude with an instant attitude. He was a very big tall man and tried to intimidate me with his stature. . Nothing was resolved. Till this day I'm still having the same issues with my vehicle: 1LOUD NOISE IN FRONT OF CAR 2. CANNOT CONNECT DEVICE TO PLAY MUSIC 3. EVERYDAY OR EVERY OTHER DAY TIRE PRESSURE IS LOW. Acura told me my rotors needed to be replaced. (They said this after I took my vehicle there several times) for the same noise. The first time I told Acura of Bayshore about the issue, they claimed they did not hear anything. Now all of a sudden it's my rotors. I went to another dealer and an outside mechanic and both said nothing was wrong with brakes tires or rotors. Acura of Bayshore have been running me around for almost a year and they're -not even trying to fix the loud noise that's coming from my car or any other issues pertaining to my SUV. I still have my warranty and they are not honoring it. Acura of Bay Shore appears to be very shady and unprofessional, and I still need my vehicle fixed. I purchased my car there almost a year ago and they think they can tell me anything and send me on my way. I spent money on tire warranty and warranties for my vehicle.
