Glad to support local small business l, especially as great as these guys treat their customers. I recently bought a pool, and went in 3 times in a few days to get help balancing it. They never made me feel like an annoyance or like I was asking too much. They tested my water 3 times and not only sold me what I needed but gave step by step instructions. Class acts!

The owner said he would give me a store credit which was ok. I go to look for something else and he hollers out at my back, ma'am... MA'AM, I turn around and look at him and he said, I can't take this while shaking the bottle and saying, it's almost empty. I took it and held it and said no it's not which it was not even close to almost empty. Of course, I used it. How would I have known it didn't work?? I never planned on returning it. Only when I discovered it did not work. And he told me he's not Walmart and he doesn't have to do anything for me. It's funny because I only went there because I didn't feel like going to Walmart but now I wish I had. I try to buy local, but if this is the attitude, then I'll stick to big chain stores. The whole time we were speaking to each other he was incredibly rude and condescending. The money would not have been totally lost to him since it would have gone right back into the store while also keeping a customer. But obviously, this man does not care about that. He needed to make an example out of me and that was the most important thing to him. Sad.
