I don't believe Ms. Champagne has the skill to balance a check book, given our personal experience with the Estate finances. Regarding Mr. Kenyon, if he were to exchange his blue jeans for a suit, he might appear more credible, not to mention that his clients might be better served if he were to concentrate on his case load, including overseeing Mr. Champagne's activities. Instead, he seems to have many outside interests as a distraction to what he was retained for. After months of "milking the cow", the Estate process was no further along. Like the old joke, "you can't quit, you're fired", Mr. Kenyon decided to quit with one large final billing. Ironically, my sister and I were gong to dismiss Mr. Kenyon the following day. If an Attorney cannot handle his or her client, how then, can he handle a file case? The only thing professional about this firm is, their Office building.

She had great response time, has excellent communication skills, patience to listen fully and motivation to research her knowledgebase for confirmation of her understanding of the law when she questioned it. While I may have disagreed with her answer my opinion was more subjective and ethical where hers was legal and factual which is exactly what you want. If after your consultation she agreed to represent you, hire her. Only three stars because we never met face to face or went farther than exploration.
