Prior to my even registering the owner calls my cell, yelling at me, hangs up, then sends an invoice to my personal email for 6 months of services. This goes on for 4 months and finally I had to cite federal law as billing for unprovided services is a form deceptive billing practice and I demanded they stop sending paypal invoices exposing my private information for 6 months of services they had not delivered or rendered services. After 4 months, they finally did stop, then said they had never billed me ? Although I had received emails from them for 4 months, billing for a full 6 months services. The petitioner who initially had requested the visits, although never registered or visited for the 6 months, decided to go to this place a few days before court.  Instead of writing a unbiased, truthful letter regarding the status of visits, this company writes a ridiculous, letter about the undersigned confronting them about the billing practice and demanding they stop. Expecting this low-level unprofessionalism, I had attached all their billing invoices. The judge did review the paypal receipts and said this is not correct billing and I should have only been invoiced a registration fee, not 6 months of services and he stated this is wrong and not correct billing.    This is not a credible, unbiased company reporting on the facts, as they cant even submit a truthful report to the court regarding status of visits, regarding an adult who failed to comply for 6 months. Let the court/Judge know when you think any program has failed you, yells/screams, behaves inappropriately, doesn't follow their own policy and/or has outrageous billing , etc, they need to know what's really going on as the goal is to succeed not put bank in a cash-cow. read more

This company is excellent. they are the most professional and well trained in the court resource business. They provide so many services for families and the service is professional and courteous. The private mediation services will save your family thousands of dollars and you know you are working with the experts, rather than someone who does not have experience. The supervised visit services, if needed, will also assure your children are safe. i highly recommend them to all families. read more

Don't go here. Super expensive ($350+ for one class) and the refund policy is to deduct $50 from your paid fees if you don't attend or drop the class. Even if you do it an entire month before the next class even begins. There are better classes out there. read more

My husband's (he is custodial parent) high conflict ex registered at this place in early 2020. This was the THIRD agency we've been to due to her services being terminated at 2 previous agencies. We are now no longer clients here due to the ex, again, getting her services terminated. The circumstances are really awful, but we're relieved to not have to come here anymore. From the very beginning when my husband called to get registered himself, ask questions etc the tone was horrible, SO rude. He had a female on the phone and on speaker while he was writing down all the information she was giving him at the time. I can't say whether or not it was the owner or another employee on the phone. But, as I sat there listening to this person speak to him I was just shocked at the lack of tact & the tone of her voice. He got off the phone feeling a bit annoyed with how he was spoken to. He's the nicest person ever, doesn't have conflict with anyone, he's always out to help others. He's actually too nice at times. He did nothing that would warrant being treated like that. The mother only scheduled 2 visits here the whole time of about a year & a half being clients. She couldn't blame it on Covid. They offered zoom visits. I thought the zoom was a great alternative to take advantage of. That option helped keep everyone safe & have the opportunity to still visit with the child. This place has different emails for every little thing, even if you replied to an email received, you'd get one back saying to email the proper address. It was a little much. There was a time when my husband emailed for about a month in response to them & they weren't receiving them. He doesn't have contact info for the mother so he reached out to a third party to have them let bio mom know he was doing his due diligence, but they weren't receiving his emails. He had called the agency & was just told to keep emailing. Then he received another email with zero tact saying that they had been emailing & basically treating him like he hadn't been doing anything this entire time & they report to the court yada yada so basically get this visit scheduled. They seemed to be angry bc the mother told them that he said they weren't contacting him. It was ridiculous. He received their emails & they weren't receiving his. We have all email attempts/replies & verified the email addresses were entered correctly. When it came to scheduling these visits, they do not follow the court order. They do whatever the non custodial parent wants. If a client elects not to have consistent visits then that's on them, but when they do schedule, it should still follow the order. What's the point of having an order at all if they can just decide to change it, all while threatening to report the parents to the court? Are they higher up over what the judge ordered? They act like there's one parent that matters & one schedule to take into account. My husband was supposed to be given at least 3 different time slots to choose from & on 2 specific days a month. They would just schedule & let him know when, not following the order. They wanted all availability, which wasn't much due to the child's school schedule & his shift work schedule. Each email he received asked for multiple days of availability, then the next email was 10+ days "minimum" of availability. It was insane. He referred them to the order & they still didn't budge to stick to it. Recently there was some outrageous behavior from the non custodial parent that led to termination of services. While we are embarrassed & feel bad about the situation the other parent created, we are happy to not have to come here anymore. Hopefully they realize the parent they prioritized over sticking to the order was the problem. I'm sure if someone responds to this review it will be all our fault, just like the other reviewers. They will say there was something wrong with us. I believe this review to be truthful to our experience w/o straight up bashing the agency. I can understand dealing with some of the situations they do has to be hard work. We do not have any sort of agenda against anyone. When most of your reviews on different platforms express the same things, rudeness, lack of empathy etc, it's a good idea to do some reflection. Tone makes a huge difference. read more

I don't know how FRESNO COUNTY FAMILY COURT allows this unprofessionals place to still be in business stealing peoples money let's talk about rude staff the list can go on and how they treat the non custodial parents like sh** one time they couldn't find my payment so I couldn't see my kid another time I was 5 min late because of traffic couldn't see my kid and the other parent was late 15 min they never told her anything she cancel visit same day and she got away with it when you have to cancel within 72 hrs of visit they are so unfair then I over heard staff talk sh** on the clients like what !!! they have us going from e-mail to email to communicate to them it's so confusing!!! So I have been going here for over a year this place is extremely unprofessional and threatens you if you don't make your payments saying the other parent can put you in contempt of court, and then acts like the victim when they get called out for their disgusting behavior, the owner of this place should loose her license with how horrible she runs her business. I find this company to be very helpful. The owner is very educated on family law, and the court system. She took time to help me, walk me through steps, and made me feel heard. Minimizing family conflict is their priority. The times I have seen parents become aggressive due to their own lack of responsibility, which is unfortunate for everyone in the workplace, they have handled it well. Taking into consideration this line of work is never easy, nor does it make everyone "get their way," There will always be the ones that are unhappy with the services because of reasons unsaid. This was by far the worst experience we have a ever encountered. We contacted them in May when we got the court order. We didn't here from them until June and that was only because we kept contacting them. Turns out they sent the "invoice" they stated to the WRONG email. When we had been contacting them from the CORRECT one. Didn't once get an apology. The owner is super rude, unprofessional, and incompetent. She tries to belittle you for no reason at all. And then states were being hostile . When at this point it's more like FRUSTRATED . For one it's been hell trying to get through they have like 10 different emails for "different" departments seems like it's HEATHER responding from all of them. For two it took months before we got everything situated . And services got terminated because they stated we were being hostile. Many clients have personally told me they now have a relationship with their children, have improved their co-parenting, now have a reason for maintaining sobriety from using Coretsolutions. You deal with some angry, vengeful people unfortunately and they'll look for ways to lash out. Keep doing what you're doing. The Courts know what the issues are and how people lie and behave. They are the worse. They don't follow court order they let the mom slide and do as she pleases. They also don't pay attention to clients and can't spell your name or your childs name. They are biased and they fabricate stories and don't tell the truth. I have never broke the court order but the mother has and they don't document it and they turn it on me and they don't check my daughter like they should she comes from an abusive environment when not in my care and they don't write down how she comes dirty and hungry and abused. They need to follow court orders and do the job they are suppose to for the courts. read more

Little background I have been going through a custody battle and was in search of a place to go through a co parenting class and although this place was a little more pricy I decided to go with it because of the excellent customer service. The owner which I have talked to on numerous occasions was so helpful and understanding and she makes it so easy to tell your story so she knows what you are going through. I was looking into somewhere to do supervised child exchanges not realizing I have already been here for my co parenting classes about 6 months ago and again very easy person to talk to and very helpful. I am a client of coreTsolutions.My name is Heather and this is my experience with this company. The staff is rude and unorganized. They do have very young and naive girls that work there and the notes they take are inaccurate and will effect your case. My daughter has told me that even telling the supervisor that her father would beat her she told her it didn't matter and that she had to go with him or her mother would be in trouble and allowed her father to pull her from the office by the arm. Very unprofessional and inappropriate comments and behavior. I would not trust your child in these peoples hands ever. They do make bias and slanderous comments in their notes and knowingly give them to the court. This is a waste of money and a danger to children. My daughter is scared and traumatized from this facility and in my opinion should be reviewed as an unfit enviornment for children and the courts should choose more appropriate facilities. If asked which facility don't choose this one. All bad comments on here are true in my opinion. read more
