This goes on for 4 months and finally I had to cite federal law as billing for unprovided services is a form deceptive billing practice and I demanded they stop sending paypal invoices exposing my private information for 6 months of services they had not delivered or rendered services. After 4 months, they finally did stop, then said they had never billed me ? Although I had received emails from them for 4 months, billing for a full 6 months services. The petitioner who initially had requested the visits, although never registered or visited for the 6 months, decided to go to this place a few days before court.  Instead of writing a unbiased, truthful letter regarding the status of visits, this company writes a ridiculous, letter about the undersigned confronting them about the billing practice and demanding they stop. Expecting this low-level unprofessionalism, I had attached all their billing invoices. The judge did review the paypal receipts and said this is not correct billing and I should have only been invoiced a registration fee, not 6 months of services and he stated this is wrong and not correct billing.    This is not a credible, unbiased company reporting on the facts, as they cant even submit a truthful report to the court regarding status of visits, regarding an adult who failed to comply for 6 months. Let the court/Judge know when you think any program has failed you, yells/screams, behaves inappropriately, doesn't follow their own policy and/or has outrageous billing , etc, they need to know what's really going on as the goal is to succeed not put bank in a cash-cow.

It is also very obvious when the man coach is pulling parents and children aside that they have a connection to these children or that they have or will be on the team. Which is completely biased and has made my six year old not only feel alone, but believe that she will not make it. Last, but not least while waiting in line to drop off my child two of your other mothers stated this isn't Clovis while staring at me. Which is a disgrace for any adult at our age. As a professional cheerleader myself and having my child be part of a competitive team last year, I have never had experience that was so unwelcoming and unprofessional and not withheld to standards. I would not recommend taking your children here ever. Especially paying for them to go there. You couldn't pay me to take her back at this point. While the owner claims they are diverse and welcoming, clearly not enough to accept my half white child and her blonde mother. From the observation area, we've had a few laughs watching him try to tell Zoey exactly how things should go. There have been days when he missed a nap or simply wasn't in the mood, but Zoey always seems to find a way to turn things around and make the lesson enjoyable. Her ability to connect with young children is truly impressive. Beyond our own experience, we've seen children of many different ages and skill levels in the program. We've also observed the staff working with children who have special needs, and they consistently demonstrate compassion, professionalism, and genuine care. So, I had to renew my BLS, and since I've been coming here now for my last two certifications i…read morethought my experience would be excellent as always. Not the case...I was singled out and embarrassed!! I was told I'm too weak to administer compressions, told my acrylic nails were in the way, and made to place my mannequin on the floor and work on it down there. I have never had problems here, in fact last time I came I breezed through and finished my test second and passed. That class was also full to capacity. The instructor was so kind and thorough and made sure everyone was all on the same page. Her name was Brittany, But yesterday, no Brittany. It was a woman named Michelle. She told me she has been teaching this class for 35 years. She was definitely on a power ego trip as she told me several times throughout the class she would not pass me. She was beyond kind and attentive to the only other two male EMTs that were there. She kept saying how we should be out by 8:30pm, when class was supposed to be until 9:30pm, she rushed through and skipped over video segments. When we were all done with our practical part, she said it was test time and stated that we would also be given a review to fill out rating her class. She said depending on the review, it would affect her job status!! Good review she stays employed, bad she loses job. After she handed me the review paper she softened up towards me. After the other two EMTs were finished with their tests and had left (yes they were finished first, no surprise because she stressed me out) As I was finishing my test and concentrating, she kept talking to me and making comments about random things. While I'm testing!! Long story short, I drove out of my way to come here. A 38 minute drive. I will now find a new location in two years when mine expires. Yes I passed, but it was the most humiliating experience. Three stars because she did change attitude towards the end and the other two EMTs were helping me and being supportive throughout.
