The building is new and set up really well for Crossfit classes. The outside turf area is a great addition to the interior space. They also offer childcare during some of the workout times, which is a great help for those with little ones. I have not tried the Bootcamp program or Yoga classes that Rebar Performance offers yet, but they both also seem to have their avid followers.

I have Fibromyalgia, and decades of experience as an RN, and those left me with a great deal of pain, and injuries. Since I've been doing reformer Pilates, I can tell a tremendous difference in pain & inflammation reduction, improved flexibility, balance, and coordination. All of the instructors are incredible, and each brings their own unique style to the CP method of teaching. Every class is different and keeps the body guessing. Definitely listen to your body and the instructor, and don't forget to focus on mind-body connection, and slowing down the breath. My only critiques are that their shop in the front could be bigger and have more stock/variety of items. Also, the phone/front desk staff did not seem the most knowledgable about the Passport & Destination membership options.
