My account was given to Shane Crites and his office for representation going forward. Recently my son was in an auto accident and I contacted his office. Made 3 calls within a matter of two days. The last phone call he told me he would "do some research" and contact me later in the afternoon. It has been over a week and I still haven't heard from him. Communication doesn't seem to be high on the priority list for him or his office staff. After this incident with my son is resolved I will be looking for other representation and if that means leaving State Farm, which I love, then so be it. I wouldn't recommend doing business with this representative. It seems to me he has no problem taking money when gaining new customers but when dealing with claims or anything other than gaining new customers he could care less.
