Offices can't give you an appointment, date and time when they will arrive. I guess no one has a life and we have to wait 24/7 for their call. They expect you to be available on their timeframe. When asked why not, the owner Corey Sly, got on the phone and said to use someone else because we don't work like that. In response to the company's comment: the issue wasn't that you failed to give an exact time. You refused to schedule a day and expected me to be available. Every other company will give a day and timeframe such as "Tuesday 1pm-5pm". When I asked for that courtesy, the owner got on and told me we don't do that and to use another company. We were in need of some outdoor lighting as well as adding some lighting inside of our house. Mr. Sly was very informative when they came to give us an estimate, he helped us pick out certain outdoor lights that would meet our needs and answered any questions that we had. Mike and Joshua performed the work, and I was very impressed with the quality of the work. They had the work done in 1 day (it seemed like a very involved job, they ran electrical all around my back fence) and were very clean, they had to make new holes to install some inside lighting and there was not one speck of "drywall" to be seen. Before and after of what could have been very bad. Taking it that someone above sent me a warning with just 1/2 my power out yesterday. With the main line running from the meter to my breaker box burning in 1/2. I still do not know how my house passed the home inspection 6 years ago when we bought our home. We are now up to City of Midland code and passed inspection and waiting on Oncor to come and reconnect. We had electrical problems with our a/c unit, in 107 degree weather, and after hours, of course. Corey Sly's response was perfect from the initial phone call, to the technician listening and explaining what our problem was, how to fix it and keep it from coming back. Even with having to drive to Midland to pick up a part, our a/c was back up and running within a couple of hours. The technician, John, was friendly, knowledgeable and informative.
