In person, they're kind and they make me feel comfortable when talking to them about my general health check-up or other issues that I have encountered.

Someone by the name of Alex called, did not say who he was with. Said they need to reschedule because I have not been seen in years (that's a lie, I was last seen in April of 2024 at that location), that my appointment needed to be a NEW patient. Funny, when I called to make said apt 3 months ago I clearly stated that my dr retired and I needed to establish new care from a new doctor. I am about 90% sure that this was the same person who took the apt so he screwed up. He did not leave a call back number. Instead he left the message then called my emergency contact during business hours and told them they needed to get me on the phone. A reschedule apt is NOT a reason to call your emergency contact. Now I have to wait another 4 months to be seen by another doctor because ALEX could not do his job!

Our active duty members deserve this level of service. Had I experienced the same medical issues while a dependent as I did while active duty, I would have been diagnosed much sooner and with less resistance. I truly believe that the medical squadrons (AF) fall under that political BS we are all familiar with. So, this review is two-fold. 1.) THIS IS AN AMAZING DEPENDENT ONLY CLINIC 2.) She let me know that she sees a lot of people and doesn't have the time to find out what my symptoms are from. She did not perform an exam or ask me hardly any questions. She couldn't have cared less and was extremely condescending. It's heartbreaking to be in so much pain and pay for that type of experience. I was in the room for under 5 minutes proscribed something that she changed several times and sent on my way to figure it out.

I came in at 1 and there was not one person in the waiting room, receptionist told me to come back at 230. Came back at 230 and had to wait another 45 minutes to be seen. Also it's a different "doctor" every time I go in. They are all either NP or RN which is usually fine but if I'm being seen for the third time for the same issue, maybe it's time to call in an MD. Oh that's right they do t have any. NEVER going back to that place.
