Visited Lark with my mother for removal of growth. Everyone in the office was kind and patient. Out NP - I think his name was Johnathon was marvelous as was our assistant. I would not recommend going to Lark dermatology unless the experience you're looking for is less than professional. I was seen there in 2023 and multiple times. There was issues with my insurance after I had asked them to double check if things were covered before I did anything that was not necessary. Now we're in 2026 and I am receiving multiple collections calls because Lark has sent me two collections back in 2024 without ever notifying me that I had a balance owed even though I always paid any balances I had with them and I always checked with the office if there's anything additional owed before I left lark because I did not care for the office staff and building department. I asked them is there anything additional that is owed so that I don't have to worry about this while I look for a new provider, they let me know that there was nothing that they could see and then I spoke with Melissa and she advised that there was a bill that was $277 that my insurance denied that they never let me know happened and instead sent me to collections. I asked Melissa who admitted she doesn't understand what's going on and doesn't know how to read the charts correctly cause she's only been there a year if I could speak to somebody else about it and she let me know. Oh sorry my manager is out on vacation and the MA said you'll have to contact the billing department. I asked her if she could give me directly to the billing department because this is something that's been negatively affecting my credit now for almost 3 years without my notice and she gives me a one 800 number and tells me go ahead and give them a call. I reached out to billing multiple times. Left a message and received nothing after I asked for her to be looked at that day. It's funny to me how they can just disregard my account when it's not them that owes the money. But when they are collecting the money, they just send people to collections without any notification. I would never go back here again because of the blatant disregard of my account and how the office staff handles things needs to be evaluated. Very unprofessional. read more

Wow we had daxxify and Botox with Ashley W. We were so impressed with her care and skill and it totally didn't hurt almost at all, she is reeeeeally good at this because we are both big babies. Don't come into the exam room with a diagnosis without even looking at the problem. My concern was a as that developed after a bout with shingles. Tech was not concerned about when the rash appeared nor was she concerned about the burning and itching that went with it. She just decided that because I am a senior citizen in was a normal part of aging. read more

I'm giving 3 stars because the office is great, but I do not recommend Jonathan as a provider. I gave him multiple chances before I wrote this review and every time he was very messy looking (literally looked like he rolled out of bed), bad breath and just not professional at all. Every appointment I waited at least 45 min while I could hear him in the other room talking about football with the patient before me, I understand connecting with patients but when I have been waiting for 45 min I find that very aggravating like my time doesn't matter. I ended up switching to Kayla chapman and I am very happy with her and all the other staff! If you want amazing care, see Kayla, Don't waste your time with Jonathan. read more

I absolutely do not recommend Lark Dermatology. It has been quite some time since my visit but I didn't want to post a negative review until I had another visit at a different dermatologist to compare to. I could have posted after the appointment just based on the crap experience though. I didn't feel like the doctor really looked at my skin thoroughly. I can say this after seeing another dermatologist who was able to diagnose my issues right away after taking a thorough look. I think they care more about the cosmetic side of things when it comes to dermatology because they sure treated those patients better (just in how I saw their interactions while I was there) and I'm sure that's because cosmetic is $$$ read more

I have been seen at this office now multiple times and everytime there has been some issue. My first visit the Dr. diagnosed me by looking up the issue on his cell phone, was not very reassuring. The second appointment I had they completely messed up and put the wrong patients name in, told me I didn't have anything scheduled but they would still see me after waiting for almost an hour. The third appointment I would think they do the work before getting to know their patients and their charts but I felt brand new all over and no one knows me or what I'm there for. My fourth I saw a different Dr. due to scheduling a different day which is understandable but yet again has no idea what I'm there for so I have to explain my chart and situation. My fifth appointment I was running 5 minutes late called to explain and they decided to cancel my appointment all together. I work in the healthcare field and I would never recommend anyone going to this office and I personally would never go back there, extremely unorganized and unprofessional. read more

LARK Dermatology is amazing. Kim Kinnebrew and her team went above and beyond. They were able to see me quickly, were courteous and professional. Most importantly though I walked out of the office with a confidence I didn't have when I walked in. A confidence that a cut on my face wouldn't become a large unsightly scar. After leaving I recommended them to a friend who saw them for something completely different and she agreed that Kim is knowledgeable and patient. Lark Dermatology is a wonderful addition to the community of Bonney Lake. Today was my first visit to a dermatologist and I was so impressed with my care and exam with Kim Kinnebrew PA-C. Kim had a warm and caring personality and she made me feel comfortable and at ease immediately. She was extremely knowledgeable and thorough in her exam, listened intently to my concerns, and answered all my questions completely. The medical assistant Bianca was great as well! The office is absolutely beautiful and every single staff member I encountered was so welcoming, genuinely kind and professional. I appreciated that I was able to get an appointment in a short amount of time to address my concerns. Dr. Arhndt was rude, condescending, and dismissive. Needed a follow-up and they never called me back. Should have gone with a regular derm instead of a PA-C who has not sympathetic and saved my money. Skip them. Found a real nice derm at Cascade Eye and Skin who treated me with respect, listened, and made me feel like she wanted to help me. I am being generous with one star. This place is a joke. FIRST DO NO HARM! Sound familiar? Not to these clowns. I had a skin biopsy done here. My condition is severe inverse psoriasis. I am in agony. They knew thus. Just by looking they knew how bad it was. Did they take that into consideration at all? Nope. Did they try to expedite their painstakingly slow process to get me on medication? Nope. When is called I get a dingy assistant that cannot answer my questions. So right away, I am a nuisance to THEM. I just wanted to ask about the VERY TOXIC meds they were recommending. Nope can't do that either. I let my primary care dr know and they were not happy either. So that prompted another call about me. Next thing I know I get a letter in the mail terminating me as a patient! This has pushed my treatment back by months. I've already been hospitalized twice with skin infections from this thing but yea, go ahead and terminate me because I have the nerve to ask questions before taking meds that are known to cause liver damage. If all they want to do is deal with cosmetic procedures don't take on a case like mine. You people are an insult to the medical profession. Go do something else. read more
