For several years I had been trying everything I could find to heal severe eczema. Nothing worked, but after only a few weeks of seeing Dr Michelle it started to fade. After a few months it was almost completely gone. I can also handle everyday stressors in my life much better, my body is more regulated and my mind more settled. My depression is lifted. My baby has been seeing her every week as well, and she's the most aware, present, happy baby ever. She's crawling at 6 months. She's slept amazing every night of her life. She has had no issues nursing. My 6 and 3 year old have been receiving treatment for a few months now as well, and they have had noticeable changes in their behavior, their attainment to their bodies, how easily and well they can regulate, the 6 year old had some scoliosis reversed, and I'm sure other benefits I haven't picked up yet or are forgetting to mention. I had been sufferings for several years from peripheral neuropathy…read more I had gone through a fairly extensive list of medicines prescribed by my pcp and neurologist. The hope was that these medicines would at least diminish the pain I felt in my feet. Nothing helped, but I refused to give up the search. I thought I'd give acupuncture a try. To be brutally honest, normal acupuncture didn't help much. I began to read about electric acupuncture which, along with vitamin B12 therapy may actually help in rebuilding nerves. I asked Elena if she was familiar with this method, and happily, she was. For the past several sessions my treatments have been exclusively electric acupuncture, and IT WORKS !!!! While it may not be 100% cure, for the first time things feel like they are absolutely moving in the right directions. My suggestion, do a little research for yourself. I saw Dr Ann because I heard she was different from other Chiropractors but in a good way. Having…read morebeen to other Chiropractors where you go in, they lay you down, crack your back a few times and your out of there in less than 15 min I was surprised that she scheduled me for an hour appt. I was having neck issues and sometimes when I walked I'd get this cramp in my lower back side. Before the appt. Dr Ann sat with me and we talked about the issues I had (just like my regular doctor does). I liked that she actually cared to know about my medical history. My other Chiropractor had me fill out a form and did the adjustment. After our talk she explained about ART (Active Release Technology) and how that will help me with my issues and proceed with doing ART. I'm not going to lie as it did hurt at times. But it was one of those hurts that actually feels good too. After she released a bunch of my muscles she did a few adjustments and talked to me again about her findings and suggestions on how I can take care of them. Throughout the whole appt she kept asking me if I was okay and also kept explaining what she was doing. I liked how she was concerned about me and kept me comfortable the whole time. After seeing her for a couple of sessions I haven't been back to her with those problems. She fixed me :) I also took her suggestions and re-positioned my computer screen and adjusted my chair which I'm sure has helped. I'd highly recommend Dr Ann to anybody who is experiencing any type of pain. She's very honest and cares about her patients.
