The primary person looks nervous and didn't want to attempt, they called another person who was decent in IV's and couldn't get it. They have no vein finders available. The guy tried several times but couldn't get me.Well unfortunately, they couldn't get me at the end. I have been here before and got a IV placement. Told me to call my dr. Well we are probably back to square one and more waiting for a scan. These places need to get some type of aid. Don't go there if you're slightly harder stuck because you will waste your time.

I am always immediately greeted by a smiling face and am comforted by the clean and comfortable waiting areas situated to allow for privacy and comfort. I rarely have much of a wait and the nurses and other well-trained staff and cheerfully show me to a room taking my vitals and preliminary information. My doctor arrives with little wait. This is my primary care doctor who refers me to specialists as needed and if I must go it another island they arrange air and shuttle/taxi travel. The care I receive from my doctors is phenomenal! I chose Medicare Senior Advantage Plus so medications are covered for a copay. More visits are a minimal $5-$15 copay. It's open enrollment for Medicare and I recommend Kaiser Permanente Senior Advantage Plus.

You'll be gambling with your life and be prepared to have to demand healthcare to get to your issue taken care of followed with numerous phone calls, emails, long waits for appointments, grievances and $20 co-pays.

After my first session, and just two days of doing my stability exercises, my low back pain diminished greatly. I had 4 appointments, none of them began on time. 2 ended being phone appointments that I ended because the dr was running behind. I stated that the dr could call me which he did, 30 minutes past the scheduled time. The last 2 in person were the same. I should have trusted my instincts and washed my hands of this place but I didn't. My fault but I won't go back. They remind me of an airline trip where you're at the departure gate in plenty of time but no airplane. 15 or so minutes later, still no airplane but they announce that the arriving plane is going to be late. Thanks Captain Obvious. If you choose to go, I sincerely hope your experience is better than mine.

They made me feel comfortable and at ease. except for the first procedure the last four they were more attentive. Even Dr El Sergany was more attentive by visiting before and after the procedure. Thanks to Meredith,Ashley, and Sarah and the other nurses in the surgery room for making me feel comfortable during the procedure.
