For the third time, I left with a wash that was almost wringing wet after the "wash n spin" that left my clothes slimy with detergent. I wasn't about to put that mess in the dryer and put in a lot of money to dry soapy clothes. The attendant did not offer to put them in a different washer until I had loaded 50 lb of soapy clothes in my car and had warned another customer about the washer I'd used. He put his clothes and money in a different machine. The owner then said I owed him money because the customer used a different (larger) washer. Clearly, the owner has deferred maintenance on his machines and has the water and extraction cycles totally throttled down. Best of luck to all of you. read more

I have used many laundromats in the Florence area and this one is by far the best. I do not know his name, but the man that works there is always so helpful and has always gone above and beyond to assist me and other customers. The establishment itself is excellent but that employee in particular is so reliable and helpful and takes his job very seriously. His work ethic is commendable and when HE is working, Wash n Spin is quite simply BETTER, and in my opinion the best laundromat around. read more

I have used Seven points twice now. I have large comforter is why I use them they have the triple load washers that do a great job on my comforter I have had to wash it twice in the past month. Always clean will lit since time change this time was dark when I arrived. Very clean. And employees had mask on. read more

This is a decent size laundry site. It's clean and the machines appear to be in good condition, like nearly new. There are a couple of TV's mounted on the walls and a small seating area. There's also a restroom too. They offer self service and also full service between certain hours. They have a couple of vending machines if you need a drink or snack. We just moved here from Los Angeles where the cost of doing laundry is half the price that it costs here which is unbelievable! For a small load it's $2.50 ($1.50 in LA for twice size) up to $6.75 ($3.75 in LA) for a large load, maybe 3 times the size of small load even though machine says 6 loads - no way! The dryers are 25c for 5 minutes and hold a lot due to a good size. (Again in LA they are $1 - $1.75 for 60 minutes) Overall very expensive. The only way it would be worth these prices would be if the laundry automatically transferred over to the dryer and then somehow got folded when finished!! read more

This is my favorite laundry matt in Florence!! Other ones I've been to are very dirty and kinda sketchy. Here I felt safe the whole time and it was very clean. There are plenty of washers and dryers. They even have same day service if you need that. There is vending machines if your thirsty/hungry and tables you can sit at while your laundry is washing. Hands down the best place to do laundry in Lauderdale county!! read more

I suffer from Multiple Sclerosis and other disabling chronic diseases. I don't have access to a washer/dryer at my apartment or thru friends. I dreaded going to a launrdromat from past experiences (when i was healthy) - hot, humid, dirty, uncomfortable, little to no help, and I usually would run a "clean it" empty wash and dry cycle before I would put my own clothes in. Also, they're usually nowhere near other stores, restaurants, etc - and I certainly wouldn't trust leaving my clothes alone! SEVEN POINTS WASH-N-SPIN IS AWESOME!!! I was immediately greeted at the door, offered help throughout my time there, the machines are all new, clean and multiple sizes - they even take credit/debit cards! The ammenities are like none other - FREE Wi-Fi, multiple nice tv's that you can change the channels on, clean tables - chairs - floors, A/C!!!, fresh vending machines, enormous parking with a spot always close by that you can use their laundry carts to bring in and take back out, SAFE!!!, lots of space and even an area for the kids so those without can be happy, and if you want there are multiple restaurants/food options in the same strip mall. And the Drop-Off Service is wonderful! It might cost a bit more than other places, but you DEFINITELY GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR HERE!!! And for someone like me, needing all the help and accomodations I can get, there are no longer any other places to get my clothes cleaned! All they need now are a couple couches and some recliners, with a food delivery deal from the restaurants around 7 Points - LOL. read more
