We wanted to do something special and provide a gift card with our flowers. The owner, Pam, went above and beyond to fill our request. She seemed to be genuine and honest business leader. She didn't request our card information until after she'd delivered the flowers & gift card to the recipient. How trustworthy is that? On Saturday, Feb. 12 at about 11:30 a.m. I called Pocket Full of Posies to see if they could fill an order for Valentine's flowers for my mother. Jennifer assured me that they could and took the order. The flowers were not delivered Saturday. Sunday I called to check on the status of the order, and foolishly believed her when she told me the flowers would definitely be delivered later that day. They were not delivered Sunday either. When the flowers still had not been delivered by 6:30 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 14, I contacted the business and stated that if the flowers were not delivered within the hour, I wanted to cancel the order, as it would be pointless. At 7:30 p.m. the flowers had not been delivered. When I tried to call back to cancel, no one answered. On Tuesday, Feb. 15, my account was debited $72.76. I did not realize this had happened until the weekend. When I called to check on the reason for the charge, my call was blocked, until I borrowed someone else's phone. When I finally spoke to the owner she assured me that all incorrect charges had been credited on the previous Thursday, but would take 3 days to clear. It has now been more than a week after our conversation and the debit has not been credited. My calls are again being ignored.
