Believe the bad reviews. This business charged over $500 for their initial visit, saying they would…read moreget everything. While I am willing to pay for good service, sadly that didn't happen. While the owner initially gave some money off as they didn't finish and seemed great, that was the hook to get us to pay the huge fee. After that not a single cleaning has been completed (they came, just didn't finish things) and the owner refused to make anything right on bad follow up service. Today was the end of the road. The cleaners parked me in, which happened last time and we asked them not to park in that spot again. Then they moved the car to park so the mailman asked me to have them move the car. I'm sure this was annoying for them, but I didn't tell them to park in front of the mailbox. My parter and I both left soon after they started cleaning. Then after an hour and a half of cleaning they left. Several rooms were not vacuumed or mopped, several trash bags didn't go out, no trash bags were replaced, a bed wasn't made, and the banisters weren't wiped down, amongst other things. They had to use our vacuum as on prior cleans they told us their vacuum just doesn't work well enough to get up dog hair. They didn't bother to empty it, despite me showing them before I left today. When I called to ask for them to come back and finish, I was told we were following them around making for a hostile workplace so they had to leave. We we left they were cleaning, so that wasn't possible. I wouldn't gripe if one or two things were missed, but this is totally unacceptable.
