They sent two employees to get the work done in half the time. With a priority clean, the cleaners only work until the time is up, regardless of whether the room is finished. In my case, they ran out of time to finish the kitchen. I was not home when they left, and it was not communicated to me that it had not been finished. The cleaners has sprayed my microwave to clean it but had forgotten to finish it and I found it with cleaner still inside, but filthy. The range hood had been started but also not finished and still covered in grease and spots. The fridge has been cleaned on the inside but the freezer had not, and the floors were not done at all. I called and complained but did not get a response until the following day. Initially o was told that they would not be coming back out but I did receive a second call where they allowed me to express my concerns and frustration. They agreed that this was not normal customer service and they promptly sent a new cleaner out the very next day. She was very nice and professional. She went above and beyond to not only finish what the first cleaners had started but also did my blinds, touched up the baseboards, and cleaned the inside of the oven, which were all wishlist items for me but had not been accomplished due to time restraints. She made sure to walk throughout my home with me to check for my approval and asked for feedback on any items I'd like touched up. The next day, the manager called to confirm the cleaning was up to my standards. I feel that everyone makes mistakes from time to time and that this company went above and beyond to make sure I was left with a positive experience. I would recommend them to others.

I was…read moretold this is what her deep cleans consisted of: "I would do all of the services included in a standard clean, which is wiping down surfaces, floors, dusting, bathrooms, and kitchens. But with a deep clean, I also do door and window frames, baseboards, window interiors, cabinet interiors and exteriors, and then some detailed work as well. I do really pride myself on my deep cleans as I feel I am very detailed with them!" When she left there were still cobwebs all throughout the home, dirt on the baseboards, pet hair and dust all over the floors. Dust all over the fireplace. Grime on the cabinets. None of the light fixtures were cleaned other than blades of fans and maybe half of the windows were touched. I reached out and she did offer to come and re do the clean, but I am on a time crunch and had to move onto other things to get the house ready (which included starting to clean up the mess she left behind) and honestly, after the clean I had received it felt like a waste of time to have her come back. When I first reached out I also inquired about monthly cleanings--she told me they range from $75-$100 and $150 for first time cleans, so I asked her if I could pay $150 for what she did and she could refund the rest. She said yes, but that I would have to wait until other cleans of hers were done so that she had money to send back to me. Then later in the evening I get a big message about how she prides herself in her cleanings and won't be refunding me. Unfortunately, she does the bare minimum but wants people to think otherwise and you don't find out until you're out quite a bit of money. These are some of the things that were left at the house after my "full house top to bottom deep clean." I wish I would've taken more photos but I was so upset I just couldn't look around anymore. The only rooms she seemed to take her time in were the bathrooms. Just incredibly disappointing, she is not worth your hard earned money. To make things worse- she told me she does not clean things that she can't reach. I reminded her that I left two step stools in the home and told her she could use them. She also said she ran out of cleaning supplies.... You're a cleaning company. Just excuses. ***7/13/26- thumbtack (where I hired her) has been trying to reach her regarding the terrible service she provided me but she has ignored their attempts.
